| Nowadays, with the rapid development of economy, science and technology, our country has enhanced the national strength constantly; the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era, new stage. However, great-leap-forward development also added much pressure on country’s connotative construction, the construction of social politics, culture and civilization should be concerted with, meanwhile, in order to build a socialist society under the rule of law and a socialist democracy, It need to promote the national quality thoroughly. The subject of political socialization of college students has been the object of many scholars, because this special group of people is new hope and power for national development. Their achievement of political socialization has strong communication function and influence. The most members of the Communist Youth League in colleges is students, as the assistant and reservist of Chinese Communist, they have special political status and mission, which makes the League become the best dissemination medium for politics and culture.
