Social sports instructors is an important human resources and social development of sports, fitness plans are perpetrators, their guiding force of research and enhance not only the need to promote the rapid development of national and regional social sports and fitness activities but also to enhance quality assurance.Through literature review, questionnaires and other research methods, the Inner Mongolia region of guiding force of national social sports instructors conducted a survey and research, one of the research is aimed at the basis of the relevant review papers and practice, in order to build national social sports instructors guide index System as an object to provide a theoretical basis for guiding force training. The second purpose is to have built a national society sports instructors guiding force indicator system was established in the national index of the current situation of social sports instructors guiding force of the Inner Mongolia region to investigate and analysis, the lack of the existence of this stage, for the future national provide countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the level of development of social sports instructor guiding force.The results:(1)Established by a study of national social sports instructors guide Index System, which targets a total of 28, one-level indicators, five secondary indicators, three indicators 22.(2) Inner Mongolia national social sports instructor gender, age, education structure is not balanced, life is short guide to master the basic sport in two.(3) Survey of national social sports instructors guiding force of the Inner Mongolia region to draw: national social sports instructor guiding force of the Inner Mongolia region in general. Main reasons are as follows:Social Sports Development late Inner Mongolia region, the management system is not perfect; social instructor old concept, self-learning ability is weak, poor sense of responsibility; the ability to focus on practical training, theoretical knowledge is not taken seriously and strengthened; fewer training opportunities;less networking opportunities, failed to form a partnership for development.For the above conclusions made the following recommendations:Optimization of social sports instructor management system, strengthen management; change ideas, correct attitude towards learning, improve the sense of responsibility; perfect social sports instructor training system, update training courses and content; the implementation of social sports instructors regularly assess and improve their professionalism; expand personnel transport channels to enhance internal communication.
