This paper deals with the present problems existing in the senior one high school “oxidation-reduction reaction” teaching on the basis of consulting a large number of literature data, compares and analyzes the contents of 3 sets of teaching materials for senior one high school chemistry textbook “oxidation-reduction reaction” and draw a conclusion through the comparative analysis of the arrangement system, the way of presenting and contents in the 3 sets of textbooks of senior one chemistry textbook “oxidation-reduction reaction”.(1) In the arrangement system of the concept, PEP pays more attention to the systematicness and inherent logicality of knowledge; Jiangsu Education Press attaches importance to first introducing the concept as a whole, letting the students have an overall understanding of the concept, then distributing the concepts to different modules for students to study;Shandong Education Press pays attention to choosing and arranging the content from three dimensions of scientific literacy.(2) In the experimental setting, PEP pays attention to training and improving students’ experimental ability and thinking ability in order to ensure the students to master the basic knowledge and basic skills at the same time; Jiangsu Education Press pays more attention to the cultivation of basic experimental skills of students; The requirement of the students’ Experiment ability of Shandong Education Press is the highest of the 3 sets of textbooks.(3) In the settings on the problem, PEP pays attention to training students’ ability of collecting data, data analysis, summarizing and cooperation; Jiangsu Education Press pays more attention to the cultivation of students’ thinking ability and problem solving skills; Shandong Education Press pays more attention to the cultivation of students’ experimental skills, problem solving skills.(4)In the application, the three versions of textbooks have reached the aim of consolidating the oxidation-reduction reaction. PEP focuses on iron, halogen, nitrogen, sulfur with moderate difficulty and clear thinking, which is a help for students’ systematic study; Although the content of Jiangsu Education Press is not rectified, it is richer and also highlights the properties of silicon and copper with the laboratory-based experiments to explore, thus improving the abilities of students; The content of Shandong Education Press is less compared with them and not systematic with the knowledge slightly messy, but several experiments on set-sulfur are unconventional, increasing the difficulty of teaching materials, and fully believing the student’s ability to let the students have a try.
