| With the development of the higher education and the social transmission, the disadvantaged groups of the college students has been a salient issue raising great concern of the society. The weak position in the aspects of physical, mental, economic, academic and job-hunting brings some problems to them both mentally and psychologically. By strengthening the ideological and political education in college, it can effectively help those students alleviate or get away from the dilemma and promote the comprehensive development.This thesis comprehensively adopts the relevant knowledge on different disciplines such as philosophy, psychology and ethics, it also utilizes some theories in the field of ideologicaland politicaleducation. The paper employs several research methods such as literature study, observation and comparison. It analyzes the problems and the countermeasures of ideological and political education of the disadvantaged groups of the undergraduates in three sections.Part I:The disadvantaged group of college students is defined scientifically according to its concept. Furthermore, considering its current situation and prominent characteristics, the disadvantage group of college students is categorized into physical, psychological, financial, academic and occupational disadvantaged groups, which indicates salient features of disadvantaged college group it faces. Part â…¡:The problems rooted in the ideological and political education for the disadvantaged group of college students are analyzed in details, in terms of the comprehensiveness of education itself, the effectiveness and pertinence of ideological and political education as well as the actual support. Besides, the causes of the problems, at different levels, are pointed out, which includes exam-oriented education, the quality of educator and the current situation of disadvantaged college students.Part â…¢:Along with the actual situation of current ideological and political education of the disadvantaged group of college students, the targeted solutions are put forward respectively to the problems in educational philosophy, educational content, approaches and methods of education. The thesis indicates that the ideological and political education of the disadvantaged group of college students turns out to be a comprehensive and systematic project, requiring the collaboration of college, family and society as well as the relentless efforts made by the college students themselves. |
