The sports industry is an important part of the tertiary industry, ofwhich the public fitness industry is also known as the sunrise industry inChina, and along with the constant development of the society and theconstant improvement of people’s living standard, people are payingmore and more attention to their health and going to the fitness club hasalso become a kind of fashion. As an important content of the sportsindustry, the fitness entertainment industry has a driving effect on Sportsgoods manufacturing, Sports information consulting, sports constructionand other relevant enterprises. The survival of the fitness industryrequires leading and calling for more consumers to come into fitnessclubs, so to improve member satisfaction has become the way of survivalfor most fitness clubs. But at present, the development of the fitness clubscan not completely keep up with the member’s requirements.In order to define the connotation of members’ satisfaction andstructural dimensions in fitness clubs, this study made the preliminaryquestionnaire and analyzed the characteristics and related factors of thefitness club members’ satisfaction. This article selects the consumers infitness clubs in Wenzhou as investigation objects, and carried oncomprehensive analysis on member satisfaction. Based on openquestionnaire investigation and interview, combined with literaturereview and small sample test, this paper uses the exploratory factoranalysis, extracted the relatively suitable test items, by testing theimitative effect of the Vision model, we made up the member satisfactionquestionnaire, and checked out the reliability and validity of thequestionnaire. Then use a formal questionnaire helps to make a survey onmember satisfaction, examines the characteristics of member satisfaction, and finally puts forward constructive suggestions aimed at the influencingfactors of member satisfaction. With the application of theory onSociology, statistics, consumer psychology and other disciplinesassociated with fitness clubs, and based on the principle of seeking truthfrom facts, we did the investigation and analysis seriously.
