| The development of badminton is an important measure to realize the national fitness plan.The universality of badminton participation is the main core of the popularization and development of badminton.At present,Daqing badminton consumers mainly participate in badminton in the form of club non member consumers.How to turn a relatively large non member consumer group into Badminton Club member consumers,so as to strengthen the stability and participatory guarantee of badminton participation,is also the main problem faced by the development of Daqing badminton club.According to relevant theories,improving the satisfaction of badminton consumers is one of the effective ways to solve this problem.Therefore,from the perspective of badminton consumer satisfaction,this study looks for an effective way to improve the participation of Daqing badminton club.This study mainly uses the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,logical statistics and mathematical statistics to analyze the basic situation,participation characteristics,satisfaction evaluation and factors affecting satisfaction of badminton consumers in Daqing.Draw the following conclusions:The overall characteristics of consumers in Daqing amateur badminton club are as follows;According to the age of individual badminton consumers,the proportion of female badminton consumers is different.In terms of consumption,it can reflect the participation trend of more leisure time as a whole,and the economic level of badminton participation is obvious.It can be seen that badminton is no longer a unique sport for any group of people.The overall badminton behavior characteristics of consumers in Daqing amateur badminton club are as follows:;The motives of member consumers and non member consumers participating in badminton are mainly for the purposes of entertainment,fitness,hobbies and social communication.In participating in badminton,member consumers mainly participate alone,while non member consumers mainly participate in multi person groups.The consumption level of member consumers is higher than that of non member consumers.The consumption expenditure of member consumers is mainly used to buy equipment,while non member consumers mainly rent venues.Member consumers participate in badminton more frequently than non member consumers every week,Member consumers also spend more time participating in badminton each time than non member consumers.When choosing badminton club venues,member consumers choose clubs with a longer distance than non member consumers.Member consumers mainly drive by themselves,while non member consumers generally travel together.According to the survey of badminton consumers’ satisfaction with participating in badminton,the member consumer groups are significantly higher than the non member consumers in the professional level of Badminton Coaches,the teaching effect of coaches and the communication ability of coaches,while the coaches are generally the same in appearance and temperament,and the difference is not obvious;There are significant differences in satisfaction with the location,transportation,venue quality and equipment of badminton clubs;However,there is no difference between the two groups in terms of Badminton Club hygiene and lounge.There is a significant difference in the satisfaction of member consumers and non member consumers in the badminton related activities and activities organized by Badminton Club,while there is no significant difference in the satisfaction of member consumers and non member consumers in the intensity of badminton activities,In terms of the overall charge of badminton club,there is a significant difference between member consumers and non member consumers,while in terms of badminton equipment,the satisfaction of the two groups is similar,and there is no significant difference.There is a significant difference between member consumers and non member consumers in the satisfaction of front desk reception and field patrol personnel,while there is no significant difference between the two groups in the satisfaction of logistics personnel.Member consumers are in safety precautions and safety guarantee,There are significant differences in accident satisfaction,but there is no significant difference in medical and health satisfaction between the two groups.In this study,the consumer satisfaction of members of Daqing amateur badminton club is not obvious,but there are many factors affecting the satisfaction of non member consumers,such as club geographical location,traffic environment,venue quality,equipment rental and employment,content and arrangement of organizational activities,teaching effect of coaches,professional skills,communication ability,reception level of front desk,level of patrol personnel,venue charging standard,coach charging standard,Service charging standard,safety precautions,accident response ability,safety guarantee ability,etc.badminton clubs can make use of the factors provided in this study to formulate relevant plans and strive for the better development of badminton clubs.Based on the analysis of the questionnaire survey results,in order to promote the development of Amateur Badminton Clubs in Daqing,this paper puts forward the following suggestions:(1)improve the market segmentation of clubs and attract badminton consumers;(2)Improve the management level and service level of the club;(3)Establish a good communication mechanism to promote mutual benefit and win-win of the club;(4)Pay attention to the differences of badminton consumers and provide targeted services. |
