China is a sports equipment production big country, but not the high-end sportsequipment to produce power, the main reason is the low level of production technology,the electronic information equipment support level is low, the lack of supporting thediagnosis and evaluation of corresponding software, for precise quantitative descriptionnot on the athlete’s technology and motion state.In this paper, in the early stage of swimming upper special strength trainingapparatus (high, level) on the basis of the study, the mechanical structure design is notperfect, the electronic information technology is not mature, especially in the productiontechnology level is low, not up to the requirements of normal special strength training,the mechanical structure of swimming training special equipment of upper limb design,and the "machinery","photoelectric sensor technology","computer technology"integration, formation of upper limb training swimming equipment "mechatronics"mode, the player can be trained kinematic and kinetic parameters in the process ofreal-time monitoring, achieve the training intensity and amount of exercise strict controlof athlete’s purpose, the equipment can not only meet the land special strength trainingrequirements, can also carry out research and comparison of refinement in the processof training, evaluation and diagnosis of special strength level, solve our country teamsto high specific strength training equipment needs urgent problem, to fill the domesticblank.The object of study:The swimming training equipment industrialization development mode, the upperlimb exercise, swimming-swimming arm high trainer for research object.Research methods:The main methods of this research is to test method, research methodsupplemented by literature, questionnaire survey method, test method and researchmethod to study the swimming pulley.
