The Investigation And Countermeasure Research Of The Current Situation Of Parents’Punishment Of Their Children’s Negligence

Punishment is an indispensable means of children education.It plays an important and irreplaceable role to the formation of children’s good characters and good living habits. Especially the preschoolers whose developments are not yet mature, they are generally weak at self-controlling and unclear about the social norms. If just relying on incentives and appreciation, it cannot be achieved to correct children’s negligence, promote children to obey the civilization of social norms, cultivate good social quality.This paper mainly adopts research methods like literature research, questionnaire, interview investigation, case analysis and so on. Based on the literature data and facts, it explains the necessity of parents’ punishment of children’s negligence, and analyzes the misunderstandings and the reasons of parents’ punishment of children. By analyzing the reflecting educational wisdom of the spotted person-"tiger mother’ when she punishes her children,it puts forward some correct and effective punishment principles, methods and some specific suggestions for parents.
