AS the basis and starting point of the lifelong education,preschool education has a direct influence on the development of other education stage. With the wide application of information technology in modern society,preschool education informatization has become one of the trend of the development of preschool education, it can make the education information faster delivery and a wider range of education resources sharing. In addition, according to the physical and mental development and cognitive characteristics of preschool children, preschool teachers can use information technology measures to edit the picture, text and sound, through which makes the contents of course become sensible and imaginary also attract attention of the students and Cultivate children's interests in learning, and to achieve better teaching effect.Within our education system, education information started late, it began to use overseas theory. Since 2006, when the word "preschool education information" appeared, research on education information was paid much attention to and the research has been largely emphasized in recent years inland. Most of existing reports were focused on the teachers and children of kindergartens in the field of education information, from the children's parents perspective of pre-school education informatization related research is less.To explore the parents' understanding of preschool education information can provide basis forEducation informatization evaluation and better help to parents' positive attitude of education information.Taking questionnaire as the method, this study has carried through investigation and analysis of parents' perception on education information,300 parents took part in the survey in Henan Province.They answered questionnaires of hardware facilities, network platform, preschool education teaching software, information support, information support home produced, the basic political education informationization, so the researcher can analyze the overall situation.Survey data have shown that parents still had different understanding on the preschool education information:Child parents have a strong awareness of the basic policy of educational informatization but lower awareness of internet platform and softwares.They concern about the security of the internet, the reliability of materials in related to the per-school education and the educational quality of the software of pre-school education.Through the data analysis, there is significant difference in parents' perception among parents with different age and education, while there is no conspicuous difference existing in gender and job.Based on the local economy, cultural background and kindergarten preschool education informatization construction situation, this article attempts from four perspectives of the government, kindergarten, preschool teachers and parents, to put forward suggestions and countermeasures for improving children's parents understanding of preschool education informatization level. For governments:(1)the government suggest a variety of forms for kindergarten construction funds, social participation to promote preschool education informatization;(2) increase investment in informationization construction funds, and make sure that parents understand the necessary of preschool education informatization development;(3) provide information technology training for preschool teachers, to spur parents knowledge by teacher informatization. For Kindergartens:(1) suggest a various forms for kindergarten construction funds, and social participation to promote pre-school education informatization;(2) optimize the utility of funds, foster parents' confidence of preschool education informatization; establish informatization work-team, and show all specification information environment to parents;(4) establish the parents committee, promoting home-exchange and information spread. For preschool teachers:(1) popularization informatization basic knowledge and skills to parents are advised, and correct parents' bias of pre-school education informationization;(2) to help parents use informationization means to solve the problem of education;(3) encourage parents to use information-based means to solve educational problem. For parents:(1) clear the importance that teacher, parents are equal in pre-school education;(2) assist the kindergarten preschool education informatization development work; use information technology with preschool teachers to establish goodcontact.
