Since ancient times crane is the symbol of longevity. Whooping crane fist in FuZhou where eight steps even is the most classic is made by imitating crane.And many people who practice crane fist eight steps even live longer. Selecting health-related cardiopulmonary function and HRV as the research objects,this study aims to explore the influence of eight steps even on cardiopulmonary function and HRV. The research content is mainly divided into two parts:1.This article through12-week exercise intervention with eight steps even has revealed the influence of eight steps even on cardiopulmonary function its characteristics.2.The exploration with the influence of eight steps even on HRV.This part is divided into an acute exercise test and the experiment after12-week the exercise intervention.This research adopts the convenient random sampling method to select a total of34college students of non-professional sports from the FuJian Normal University,in which24patients are randomly divided into experimental group(including high frequency group of12people, low frequency group of12people) and10patients are randomly divided into the control group.The experimental group keeps exercise intervention of eight steps even for12weeks,in which high frequency and low frequency group keep for four times and twice a week exercise intervention respectively,and the control group has no intervention.Experimental group retains the tests of cardiopulmonary function and HRV twice,which are made for the first week and the twelfth week respectively,and the posttest will make a HRV test of acute exercise again.The control group keeps HRV tests for the first week and the twelfth week respectively.According to the experimental results the following conclusions:1.In the right stand base, white crane wings action of eight step even movement the posttest oxygen pulse was significantly higher than the pretest.In the soft Baxian palm, left stand base, right stand base, white crane wings movement the posttest relative oxygen uptake is higher than the pretest and has highly significant difference.2. In the posttest of eight steps even movement, the average inspiratory time is significantly greater than the former test,and the average tidal volume is significantly greater than before. 3. In the posttest of the soft Baxian palm, left stand base, right stand base, white crane wings action,the energy consumption is significantly higher than before.4. After the12-week exercise intervention,the heart rate of the people from the experimental group at rest state has reduced,heart function has improved and heart rate reserve has increased.5. After the12-week exercise intervention,the breathing rate of people from the experimental group under the quiet state has decreased,the time of inspiratory and expiratory has prolonged and the tidal volume has increased.In addition,Lung respiration depth has increased,pulmonary ventilation efficiency has improved and the lung ventilation function has enhanced.6.In the posttest of an acute eight steps even movement from the experimental group,the HRV is lower than the former test.7.After the12-week exercise intervention of eight steps even from the experimental group, the adjustment ability of the vagus nerve is significantly increasing..
