Research purposes:the middle-aged people have a large span of age because of their age,and the difference in physical quality is very large.What kind of exercise is more conducive to the health of middle-aged people to be further studied.Change after regular Qigong exercise on middle-aged women by studying the body morphological changes,the change of physiological function and physical quality,and explore the effect of fitness Qigong effects on middle-aged women fitness effect mechanism,conducive to the future of Health Qigong throughout every corner,but also can increase the efficiency of fitness Qigong-promotion,in two aspects of theory and practice of Qigong application effect shows that the.Research methods:24 middle-aged women were selected as the research subjects for 3 months of fitness Qigong intervention.The physiological indexes of the subjects were tested by the national physique measurement standard instrument.The data were analyzed with Exce12007 and SPSS21.0,and the significant level was P<0.05,and the very significant level was P<0.01.The results of the study:1)compared with before training,middle-aged women after three months of Health Qigong exercise,no significant difference(P>0.05),height,weight were significantly decreased,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05),BMI index decreased significantly(P<0.05),waist circumference significantly decreased(P<0.05),hip circumference no obvious decline in bone mineral density(P>0.05),no significant increase(P>0.05),but there was a trend toward improvement.2)compared with before training,middle-aged women after three months of Health Qigong exercise,resting heart rate changes significantly(P<0.05),there were significant differences in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure(P<0.05)changes were not significant(P>0.05)compared with before training,but decreased lung capacity index changes are very significant(P<0.01).3)compared with that before training,after three months' Qigong exercise,the grip strength of middle-aged women is not obvious,but it has a slight trend of improvement(P>0.05).The difference in back force is significant(P<0.05).The change of lower limb strength is not obvious,but there is a slight improvement trend.4)compared with the pre training,the balance ability of middle-aged women after three months of fitness Qigong was not obvious,but the trend of improvement was(P>0.05).5)compared with the pre training,after three months of fitness Qigong exercise,the changes in flexibility quality of middle-aged women were significantly different(P<0.05).6)compared with that before training,after three months' Qigong exercise,the sensitivity of middle aged women is not obvious,but there is a slight improvement trend(P>0.05).Experimental conclusions:Through 3 months of Health Qigong exercise,reducing the weight of middle-aged women,middle-aged women improved BMI index,reduce the middle-aged woman's waist,significantly enhance the middle-aged women heart and lung function,improve the power quality of middle-aged women,and effectively improve the flexibility for middle-aged women,hip circumference,bone mineral density diastolic blood pressure,lower limb strength,grip strength,balance ability and agility is not great,but there is a trend of improvement.It shows that fitness Qigong is a kind of safe,effective and suitable for middle-aged women to exercise sports.
