Firstly, I analyze Yiquan’s history and origin, and through Wang Xiangzhai’s contribution finding out the real source of Yiquan. Secondly by analyzing Yiquan inheritance development in Beijing to find out the factors which restrict the development of the Yiquan, for the prosperity and development in today’s punch to provide the corresponding countermeasures. And to find out therestrictions of its development, through the comparison between Xingyiquan and Five-element Boxing to find out the differences. Finally to punch in the cultural value Yin and Yang, Confucian and Taoist in Yiquan reveal the culture meaning of Yiquan. And to provides certain reference for the next step research in Yiquan area.Research results show that the origin of the yiquan’s name.
