The issues ofuniversity students’ safety awareness hides behind the accidents. It is urgent to cause concernof social,families,schools and college students themselves. In each process in the socialdevelopment,people will always ensure safety as the prerequisite to promote the developmentof their own. In Colleges and universities,the "people-oriented" concept has gradually put onthe agenda. In the effort to improve their core competitiveness,safety problem is all the moreremarkable and important. To ensure safety,with the premise of first priority is to have thepotential of safety awareness.All social strata is generally believed that education teaching task is the center of theeducation institutions, Safety is in the second. But I think that the safety work though notcenter but influence and running upon in colleges and universities. All will be well if there’sno security problems, once happened, the center work would to be affected. Checking thehidden trouble, digging the roots and filling the holes is the job of the mending. Anyone’scareer ideal and family happiness even everything are established on the basis of its ownsecurity. Only have a free and healthy living, it is possible for us to learn, work and to enjoyour lives. Therefore, to strengthen the safety awareness training of college students will playa very important role to ensure that our country and nation lead the world.In this paper, based on the background of the current college students’ safetyconsciousness weak comprehensive, I start a research on the path to cultivation of the collegestudents’ safety consciousness. On the one hand, from the theoretical level,morecomprehensive expounds the basic theory to cultivate college students’ safety awareness. Onthe other hand, from a practical level,here is systematic combing of all kinds of problems inthe process of the college students’ safety awareness training in our current country. Based onthis, I put forward various countermeasures to cultivate college students’ safety awareness.First of all, the article analyzed the current our country the necessity of strengthening college students’ safety awareness. As the backbone of the future construction in China,college students require higher comprehensive qualities. It is necessary to guide the formationof college students’ safety consciousness and strengthen the cultivation of college students’safety awareness. It’s also the university reform and development, at the same time, itpromote the healthy growth of college students Meet the need of social development. Thecultivation of college students’ safety consciousness mainly includes consciousness ofcultivating college students’ personal safety property safety consciousness psychologicalsecurity information security awareness of cultural security and national security awareness,etc. To strengthen college students’ safety awareness training has important theoreticalsignificance and practical significance.Secondly, together with the present situation of college students’ safety consciousness atthe present stage in China, summarized the existing problems and cause analysis. In specialresearch problems in the college students’ safety consciousness, the results from the nationalministry of education figures show that most college students have relatively good safetyconsciousness, but not systematic enough,and the knowledge that can be applied to realemergency safety is extremely limited. At the same time there are quite a number of collegestudents whose safety consciousness present situation is not optimistic, their safetyconsciousness is very weak. I have made some questionnaire in some universities in HeBeiprovince, the survey results are in conformity with the situation.Analyzing the cause factorsof college students’ weak safety awareness training, which is mainly for the insufficientrecognition of himself and the lives of others safety consciousness, the lack of safetyawareness training is inseparable. The influence of some bad effects from the society, safetymanagement in colleges and universities education biased and combination of familydisharmonious factors led to the present situation of the current our country needs to improvecollege students’ safety consciousness.This requires that the social and family through avariety of ways of cultivating college students in colleges and universities safetyawareness,understanding of existing safety problems to make a scientific and objective andactively learn safety knowledge and skills,enhance their ability to prevent, protect themselvesand others from harm. So that we can reverse safety consciousness weak, form a pattern of good safety consciousness, thus realize the goal of social stability development.Finally, according to our country’ scurrent university education, this paper discusses thevarious measures to strengthen college students’ safety awareness. At present, our country isstill at the exploration stage of cultivating college students’ safety consciousness of scientificsystem.This article clearly stated that security awareness training for college students incolleges and universities should be taken into action both in the thought and action at thesame time.Clear division of labor, every unit Mutual coordination, start from the basis,scientific guidance, training, and ultimately form a set of systematic normalized safetyeducation mechanism.So that college students can really have the ability to protect the safetyof self and others in positive good learning environment with safety skills.
