Objectives:This study through subjects using static stretching training methods of quadricepsstretch training, to measure and analysis the performance of the quadriceps strength afterdifferent tensile length and different time points.explore the scientific stretch time and lengthcan maximize the muscle strength before sports training.For the development of the power ofscience combined with a stretch of training program, to provide experimental basis.Methods:Select20students of our college,to avoid doing special strength training during theexperiment,Using static stretching methods to stretch the quadriceps,we use Test forceplatform to measure the force of CMJ, use Lower limb muscle strength meter to measure thebiggest strength of quadriceps when Stretching the knee,use the methods of electricinstrument to measure methods of electric change of quadriceps.Then stretch thequadriceps,the Stretch the quadriceps,the Stretch of time,respectively4×30s、8×30s、12×30s,Immediately after stretching12×30s、1minute after stretching12×30s、3minute afterstretching12×30s、5minute after12×30s and10minute after12×30s.Results:1. After different length of stretching, the maximum takeoff force of Immediately CMJall showed different degrees of decline.there is a decrease phenomenon in the immediateCMJ maximum takeoff force While stretching after4x30s, But have no significantdifference compared with CMJ maximum takeoff before stretching force,the CMJ maximumtakeoff force after stretching8x30s immediately has Significant difference compared withCMJ maximum takeoff before stretching force(p<0.05),the CMJ maximum takeoff forceafter stretching12x30s immediately has very Significant difference compared with CMJmaximum takeoff before stretching force(p<0.01).2. After different time points after stretching,CMJ maximum takeoff force showeddifferent degrees of decline. The CMJ maximum takeoff force Immediately after stretchingImmediately,Compared with1minute after stretching、10minute after stretching、The CMJmaximum takeoff force of3minute after stretching,Compared with5minute afterstretching、have have no significant difference. After drawing CMJ maximum take-off forceinstantly, and stretch after the rest of CMJ maximum take-off force3minutes rest, maximumtake-off force CMJ10minutes after stretching and stretching, rest after3minutes maximumtake-off force CMJ, are significantly different (P <0.05), and after the rest of CMJ maximumtake-off and tensile force of5minutes with a very significant difference (P <0.01). 3. Different length of time after stretching, muscle strength immediately. Among them,drawing4×30s, muscle strength of lower limbs decreased by4.34%(P>0.05), stretching8×30s, muscle strength of lower limbs decreased by8.85%(P <0.05), stretching12×30s,muscle strength of lower limbs decreased by12.81%(P <0.01).4. Tension after different time points, measured muscle strength of lower limbs showedvarying degrees of decline. Among them, immediately after lower limb muscle strength andtensile stretch after1minutes,10minutes after the muscle strength of lower limbs is different,but the difference was not significant (P <0.05), the tensile strength of the lower limb andimmediately after the measured tension after3minutes,5minutes after the measured musclestrength of lower limbs, with significant difference (P <0.01). After stretching after3minutesand5minutes after the muscle strength of lower limbs after drawing comparison, there wasno significant difference in.5. For static stretching, stretching the length of time varies three muscles in unit fourquadriceps, values of IEMG phase contrast, IEMG were decreased in different degree,drawing4x30s after IEMG IEMG value and stretch before value had a significant (P>0.05),stretching8x30s after IEMG significant difference in IEMG value with value and stretchbefore (P <0.05), stretching12x30s after IEMG was significant different in IEMG valuewith value and stretch before (P <0.01).6. After stretching after different time, immediately after and1min after tensile tensile test,the muscle when the IEMG value3min, and after drawing5min with measured IEMG value,is with significant difference (P <0.05), static stretching after10min, three muscles whenmeasuring the stock four mayo-have, IEMG lateral muscles of the stock value of threemuscles in stock four mayo-as measured by3min, and the tensile after5min when the IEMGvalue, is a very significant the difference (P <0.01), three pieces of muscle stretch and stretchafter3min after5min of test stock four mayo-the IEMG value for comparison, there aredifferences.Research summery:1. Static stretching unit four quadriceps muscle strength of lower limbs,will reduce theunder certain conditions.2. And unit four biceps, along with the increase of stretching time, lower limb musclestrength decline is also more obvious. But the decline at the beginning of static stretchingafter lower limb muscle strength faster, but the back muscle strength of lower limbs decreasedslowly, and the difference of tensile immediately after lower limb muscle strength declinesmaller.
