Objective: To evaluate the changes of muscle strength and subjective pain sensation in the patients before and after exercise by taking the post-exercise training,Foam rolling and static stretching on the movement of muscle fatigue,and to explore the mechanism of this effect,the two methods of muscle relaxation in the practical application of the theoretical basis and method guidance.Methods: 63 undergraduates of School of Sports Medicine and Health,Chengdu Physical Education Institute were randomly divided into control group(n = 21),foam group(n = 21)and stretching group(n = 21),three Group of subjects with 7 * 10 group 60% 1RM weight-bearing squat,so that lower extremity knee muscles caused by exercise-induced muscle fatigue model.After the completion of the squat exercise,the intervention was given to the foam rolling group of subjects with foam rolling,the stretching group was treated with static passive stretching,and the control group did not intervene.The mechanical parameters and subjective pain visual analogue scale(VAS)were measured immediately before,immediately,0.5h,24 h and 48 h after exercise,including: centripetal torque,centripetal force moment weight ratio,The average peak moment,the total work,such as the long peak torque,equal length of the moment weight ratio.Results:(1)Mechanical parameters: The results showed that the mechanical parameters were observed immediately after exercise,0.5 hours after exercise,the control group,foam group and stretching group were significantly lower than before exercise(P <0.01),24h(P> 0.05).At 48 h,the peak torque,centripetal peak velocity and total work showed that the foam axis was significantly higher than that of the control group(P> 0.05)(P <0.05),and there was no significant difference between the stretching group and the control group(P> 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the stretching group and the control group(P <0.05)(P <0.05),but there was no significant difference between the stretching group and the control group,the foam group and the stretching group(P> 0.05).The body weight ratio and the equal length peak weight ratio showed that the foam group was significantly higher than the control group(P <0.01),and the diameter of the foam group was significantly higher than that of the stretching group(P <0.01).(VAS): VAS score of three experimental groups continued to rise after exercise,immediately after exercise,0.5h after exercise,24 h scores were significantly higher than before exercise(P<0.01),and between the three groups(P> 0.05).The 24 hVAS score after exercise was significantly higher than that immediately after exercise and 0.5 h after exercise(P <0.01),and the VAS score of the foam group and the stretching group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P <0.05).There was no significant difference betweenthe two groups(P> 0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05),while the VAS score of the control group continued to increase,and there was significant difference(P<0.05),but there was significant difference between the foam group and the stretching group(P <0.05)(P <0.01),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the foam group and the stretching group(P> 0.05).Conclusion: ?Foam rolling and static stretching on exercise-induced muscle fatigue have a good effect of mitigation.?Foam rolling exercises and static stretching on the impact of muscle fatigue began to appear after 24 hours after exercise,and after 48 h have a significant effect.?Foam rolling on the muscle after exercise,muscle strength recovery effect is better than the static stretching,which is mainly reflected in the muscle isometric contraction and so on.?Foam rolling and static stretching on the physical fatigue after exercise,subjective discomfort have a good remission,but no significant difference between the two.
