Recently, China’s political and economic system, social structure, andbeneficial relationship could be changed at different levels, including tradition andmodernity, unification and diversification, as well as localization and external. Inaddition, all these values interact with each other in the same aspect and increasinglymake social ideological values to tend to diversified development which could leadpeople’s values to get an infusion of fresh blood and to experience an unprecedentedimpact. Among all the members of the group which is in the face of new ideas andvalues, teachers in universities and colleges with good education and active thoughtsare easier to be influenced by various ethos, at the same time, they work in educationand could be in the most frequent contact with the students. Hence, with variousthoughts changing and entering into China, exploring the identity of socialist corevalues of young teachers and promoting the socialist core values and practice couldbe considered as a new subject of the present age we must face.By analyzing the identify characteristics of socialist core values of youngteachers and realization process, following the regulations and principles of identity,this essay will start from the needs of the process that university teachers acceptidentity, the process of identity as well as the effect, then move on to the researchand analysis of socialist core values of young teachers and finally draw a conclusionthat the recognition and realization could be influenced by these characteristics: therecognition of young teachers as main body is poorer, the guidance of universities islack of intensity, market economy and the impact of foreign ideas, and the realizationpath of recognition is single, etc.. This essay will focus on the problems reflected bythe research and then explore the path of young teachers’ socialist core values that toplay leading role to the full and to arouse the enthusiasm of young teachers’ theory-study and social practice ability, to play a role of the promotion of network newmedia, to establish a completed check-up system of the recognition with incentives,and to construct a completed security system of recognition. According to the studyof this essay, it is beneficial to explore that the young teachers’ functions of guidingthe socialist core values recognition of the youth group as well as college students, in order to further realize the basic tasks of education by colleges and universities in theaspects of morality and behaviors.
