Research On The Identity Of Socialist Core Values Of Young Teachers In Colleges And Universities

Socialist core values embody the spirit of contemporary China and condense the common pursuit of values of all the people.President Xi Jinping reiterated that "and sticking to cultivate and carry forward the socialist core values,guide the broad masses of teachers and the students do the firm believer of socialist core values,positive communicators,model practitioners",to"put the socialist core values into all aspects of social development,into people's emotional identity and behavior".This points out that the identification research of socialist core values is a major task and an important topic.Research this special group in colleges and universities young teacher identity of socialist core values,to strengthen university teachers' ethics construction,keep the impression of our country university the most bright,consolidate the party leadership of ideological work in colleges and universities,insisted that moral education,cultivation of art comprehensive development of the builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics is of great historical significance and practical value.Paper to Xi Jinping,the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics thoughts as the instruction,from the young teachers in colleges and universities of socialist core values agree with the importance and reality,based on literature and the survey data,to measure to assess the problems found as the guide,the integrated use of marxist theory,ideological and political education,journalism and communication,education,statistics,and so on theory and method of constructing the socialist core values of young university teachers evaluation index system.It also investigates and analyzes the overall situation of young teachers' identification with socialist core values and their identification at all levels as well as their differences.Through empirical evaluation,we found the differences and difficulties in the identification of socialist core values among young teachers in universities and colleges.Then it analyzes and explains the internal mechanism and external influencing factors of the identification of socialist core values of young teachers in universities and colleges.The internal mechanism is mainly studied from the aspects of internal demand,internalization of knowledge and transformation of self-discipline.It holds that the internal needs,internalization of knowledge and transformation of self-discipline in the internal mechanism of socialist core values identification are interlinked,which reflects that the process from cognitive identification to emotional identification and then to behavioral identification is an interlinked process,as well as a process from internalization to externalization.The study on the external environment in which young teachers in colleges and universities identify with the socialist core values is mainly analyzed and explained from the social,school and family environmental aspects.Finally,following the identification law,in the light of the characteristics of young teachers in colleges and universities and the differences and difficulties in the identification of socialist core values,drawing lessons from ancient and modern values education at home and abroad,combining internal mechanism and external environment,adhering to the principles of interaction between internal and external causes,combination of education and self-education,promotion of theoretical indoctrination education and practice education,and integration of inheritance and reference with development and innovation.This paper puts forward the identification path of socialist core values for young teachers in colleges and universities from the aspects of strengthening individual moral cultivation and political accomplishment,improving individual cognitive ability and level,constructing interest coordination and guidance mechanism,creating good social atmosphere,constructing scientific propaganda and education system,and building good family style.The aim is to enable young university teachers to become the propagandist,practitioner and protector of socialist core values,lead the construction of socialist core values in colleges and universities,lead the ideology of colleges and universities,and make due contributions to the training of socialist builders and successors.
