Children healthy eating behavior is an important guarantee for the nutritionally balance ofchildren’s body, and it has important significance to their physical and mental healthdevelopment. And nutrition education course, which aims to cultivating children’s healthy eatingconcept and behavior, is an important medium of cultivation of children’s healthy eatingbehaviors. It can arouse children’s interest to course in the gaming teaching activity.Psychological research shows that4-5years of age is a critical period of early childhood tocultivate behavioral habits. This study focuses on the effects of nutrition education curriculum to4-5years old children on developing healthy eating behaviors.The study, using cross-scientific way of thinking, explores the impact of nutrition educationprograms for young children to develop healthy eating behaviors in the context ofmultidisciplinary, under the guidance of the ecological system theory It measured4-5years oldchildren by using experimental methods such as group after to nursery W (n=60) of the studyto develop healthy eating behaviors. The experiment sets up a period of eight weeks of classroomnutrition education programs by questionnaires and observing outline, assisted nutritioneducation classroom records, interviews teachers and parents. Intermediate supporting nutritioneducation programs and other methods investigated a single job for young children to develophealthy eating behaviors impacts concluded as follows:1. nutrition education curriculum plays an important teaching effectiveness to develophealthy eating behavior for children in4-5years old2. nutrition education curriculum has a significant effect on improving children’s eatingbehavior3. nutrition education curriculum is greatly supported by teachers, parents and childrenas kindergarten-based curriculumThis study only focuses on the impact of nutrition education curriculum to4-5years old children on developing healthy eating behaviors, but I hope it can arouse more studies abouthealthy eating behaviors of young children.
