“Good at using internal and external resources”is from Xunzi·QuanXue,which is an identification method of “why gentlemenare to be gentlemen".For the same reason, it can also be seen as anidentification method of “why talents are to be talents".Chinesespecial-grade teachers of junior-senior high schools are talents, sothe method of “good at using internal and external resources”canalso be used in the judgement o“fwhy Chinese special-grade teachersare to be Chinese special-grade teachers”. Chinese special-gradeteachers are Leading figures in the field of the teaching, whose seriesof teaching ideas recognized by peers,as their own systems, havetypical demonstration effects. Therefore, research and study on theteaching creative ideas of Chinese special-grade teachers about thegood use of teaching resources, exploring their thinking patterns,arehelpful to general teachers’professional development and improvement of professional quality.Except the introduction and conclusion, the main body of thispaper is divided into six blocks, under the vision of Chineseteaching,around the creative teaching ideas of “good at usinginternal and external resources”,respectively studying in researchoverview,connotation interpretation, epitaxial structures, theoreticalroots and regularity.Besides,it selects,evaluates and analyses someexerllent teaching cases of Chinese special-grade teachers ofjunior-senior high schools in the last part. Under the vision ofChinese teaching“,Good at using internal and external resources” is aprofessionalism based on teachers’ solid professional knowledge andbasic ability,of handling all kinds of knowledge, information,materials and technologies with flexibility.And the creative teachingideas of “good at using internal and external resources”is aninnovative teaching design of Chinese teachers,who guided by theteaching goals, combining the teaching content with students’knowledge base and ability level, helping students to improve theirChinese literacy by flexible organization of Chinese curriculumresources (including knowledge, information, materials andtechnologies, etc).To generate and use the creative teaching ideasrequire the improvement of the Chinese teachers’ consciousness ofcurriculum resources and the optimization of knowledge structure, especially their Chinese literacy’s accumulation assisted with richexperience of common sense.The practice research of the Chinese teaching from the angle ofChinese creative teaching ideas, and the exploration of their thinkingpatterns,can contribute to the frontier teachers’ imitation,learningand using.In this way,it is of positive significance for improving thegeneral Chinese teachers’ professional quality, promoting theinnovation practice of Chinese teaching and the Chinese teacher’sprofessional development.
