Purpose:This paper tries to analyze the influence on the body composition and body fat by interfering the jogging exercise of some50to59-year-old women for16weeks and provide scientific basis for improving the health statement of Chinese middle-aged females by analyzing the impact of jogging on them.Method:We recruited some female volunteers aged from50to59in Xi’an, and selected32of them as experiment subjects to participate in the16-week jogging interference.Exercise intensity:According to the GXT test, the volunteers’anaerobic valves (AT) are determined. Then we got the corresponding heart rate (HR) of75%,85%,95%and100%AT. Exercise of different, intensities were executed during each period.Test indexes:body shape test:height(cm), weight(kg), chest measurement(cm), waist measurement(cm), hip measurement(cm), skin fold(cm)[abdomen, partes iliaca, thigh, crus], waist-to-hip ratio[waist measurement(cm)/hip measurement(cm)]; body composition test:fat weight, body fat percentage, BMI; blood-fat test:serum TG measured before and after jogging interference in limosis(mmol/L total triglyceride), TC(mmol/L total cholesterol), LDL-C(mmol/L low density lipoprotein cholesterol) and HDL-C(mmol/L high density lipoprotein cholesterol)Statistical method:All statistics are processed by SPSS17.0and Microsoft Excel2003. The results are presented in average number±standard deviation. With T-test method, we picked paired samples and defined significant difference as P<0.05and very significant difference as P<0.01.Results:body shape indexes:height, chest measurement and hip measurement indexes presented a downward trend in the16weeks’ jogging exercise and no significant difference compared with numbers from16weeks ago. Indexes of weight, waist measurement, waist-to-hip ratio skin folds of thigh, partes iliaca, crus and abdomen tended to declined and showed significant difference. Body composition index:Indexes of body fat, body fat percentage and BMI tended to decline and showed significant difference. Blood fat index:Indexes of TG and LDL-C slided down a little and TC index climbed up a little while both of them have no significant difference. HDL-C index increased gradually and had significant difference.Conclusion:(1) A16-week jogging exercise can apparently improve the body composition indexes of50to59-aged female and effectively decrese waist, thigh and other body measurements. It also lowered the waist-to-hip ratio, body fat, body fat percentage and BMI index, which may bring a significant loss of weight to women around this age, and had a special positive elimination effect on the accumulation of waist fat.(2) A16-week jogging exercise can drop serum TG and LDL-C levels, prominently increase HDL-C contents, which indicates that jogging has positive effects on the improvement of cardiovascular system of middle-aged women, reduces the cardiovascular diseases and boosts the blood fat metabolism of middle-aged group.
