Objective: To study the effects of Health Qigong Dancing and LiuZijue Exercise on arteriosclerosis,blood lipid and body composition of middle-aged and elderly people,and to explore the fitness effects and mechanism of Health Qigong Dance and LiuZijue,in order to improve the exercise effect of middle-aged and elderly men.It also provides theoretical and experimental evidence for the formulation of exercise prescriptions for Health Qigong exercises.Methods: The experimental subjects in this article were 50 males aged 55-65 years old.According to the basic situation of participants,they were divided into two groups: DaWu dance and LiuZijue,each with 25 persons.They were allowed to conduct six-month fitness qigong and LiuZijue exercises.Tests of arteriosclerosis,blood lipids,and body composition before and after exercise were performed to analyze the different effects and effects of the two exercises.All data results were expressed as mean + standard deviation.Independent sample t-test was used to compare between groups.Paired sample t-test was used to compare pre-and post-intragroup comparisons.p<0.05 was used as the difference level of significance.result:(1)Health Qigong Great Dance Exercise and LiuZijue Exercise Influence on the Blood Pressure of Middle-aged and Old-aged Men 55-65 Years Old: The Health Qigong DaWu Dance Exercise Influences Left and Right Upper Extremity Systolic Blood Pressure and Left Upper Limb Diastolic Pressure More Than Health Qigong LiuZijue Exercise(P<0.05),Health Qigong Great Dance exercise had greater influence on systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and mean arterial pressure of the left and right lower extremities than Health Qigong LiuZijue exercise(P<0.05).The overall evaluation of Health Qigong Great Dance exercise on blood pressure The impact of the indicator is greater than the LiuZijue word.(2)Influence of Health Qigong Dancing and LiuZijue Exercise on the STI Characteristics of Middle-aged and Old-aged Men Aging from 55 to 65: Ejection Time(ET)and Shot of Older Men Exercising in Health Qigong Dancing Group and LiuZijue Exercise Group before Exercise There was no significant difference in pre-blood(PEP),ejection index(ET/PEP),and heart rate(HR).After 6 months of Health Qigong and Qigong,the PEP and HR indexes decreased(P<0.05),ETincreased(P<0.05),ET/PEP increased significantly before and after the experiment(P<0.01);6-month Health Qigong ET and ET/PEP increased after exercise(P<0.05),and both PEP and HR decreased(P>0.05).After 6 months of Health Qigong exercise,there was a significant difference in ejection time,pre-ejection,and ejection fraction between the two groups(P<0.05).The influence of Health Qigong Dancing exercise on ET,PEP,ET/PEP and HR indicators of middle-aged and older men was greater than that of Health Qigong LiuZijue exercise.(3)Influence of Health Qigong Dance and LiuZijue Exercise on the PWV of Middle-aged and Old-aged Men 55-65 Years: Heart-to-Right Pulse Wave Velocity of Middle-aged and Old Men in Health Qigong Dance Group and LiuZijue Exercise Group before Exercise(RhbPWV),right radial artery pulse wave velocity(RbaPWV),left radial artery pulse wave velocity(LbaPWV),heart-to-right temporal pulse wave velocity(RhbaPWV),and heart-to-left temporal pulse wave velocity(There was no significant difference in LhbaPWV).After 6 months of Health Qigong training,the RbaPWV,LbaPWV,and RhbaPWV indicators of middle-aged and elderly men decreased significantly after the experiment(P<0.05),among which RhbPWV and LhbaPWV had very significant differences(P<0.01).After six months of exercise and fitness training,RhbPWV,RhbaPWV,and LhbaPWV were significantly decreased(P<0.05).After 6 months of Health Qigong exercise,there were significant differences in RhbPWV,RbaPWV,and Lba PWV between the two groups(P<0.05).The exercise qigong dance exercise exerted a greater influence on the indicators of RhbPWV,RhbaPWV,LhbaPWV,RbaPWV,and LbaPWV among the middle-aged and older men than the six-letter exercise(P<0.05).(4)Influence of Health Qigong Dance and LiuZijue Exercise on ABI and AUT of middle-aged and elderly men aged 55-65 years: Right-handed index(RABI)of middle-aged and elderly men before exercise,Health Qigong Dance Group and Six Shift Group There was no significant difference between the left ankle index(LABI)and rise time.After 6 months of Health Qigong and DaWu Dance exercise,the LABI and RABI indicators were significantly higher than before the experiment(P<0.05),LAUT and RAUT indicators were significantly lower(P<0.05);6 months of Health Qigong The RABI of the participants after exercise was higher than that before the experiment(P<0.05),and the RAUT andLAUT decreased(P<0.05)and LABI(P>0.05).After 6 months of Health Qigong exercise,LAI and RABI between the two groups(P<0.05).The effect of exercise qigong training on the ABI and AUT indicators of middle-aged and older men was greater than that of six-word exercise(P<0.05).(5)Influence of Health Qigong Dance and LiuZijue Exercise on Blood Lipid among Middle-aged and Elderly Men aged 55-65: Total Cholesterol(TC)and Triglyceride of Health-Exercising Qigong Dancing Group and Middle-aged and Elderly Man There was no significant difference in(TG),high-density lipoprotein(HDL),and low-density lipoprotein(LDL).After six months of Health Qigong and DaWu Dance exercise,the subjects' TC and LDL decreased compared with those before the experiment(P<0.05),HDL increased(P<0.05),and TG decreased(P>0.05)..The LDL of the participants after exercise Qigong squat LiuZijue exercise was lower than before the experiment(P<0.05),HDL was higher than before the experiment(P<0.05),TC,TG(P>0.05).After 6 months of Health Qigong exercise,there was a significant difference in TC and LDL between the two groups(P<0.05).The effect of exercise qigong training on the indexes of TC,TG,LDL,and HDL in middle-aged and older men was generally greater than that of six-letter qi(P<0.05).(6)Effects of Health Qigong Dancing and LiuZijue Exercise on the Body Composition of Middle-aged and Old-aged Men Aged 55-65: Pre-workout Health Qigong Dance Group and Middle-elder Men Mentioned by Liushuai Group Fat content,lean body mass,body fat There were no significant differences in percentages.After 6 months of Health Qigong and DaWu Dance exercise,the fat content of the participants decreased significantly(P<0.01),the percentage of body fat decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the lean body weight increased(P>0.05).);After 6 months of Health Qigong training,the percentages of fat and body fat all showed a downward trend(P>0.05),and the lean body weight had a tendency to increase(P>0.05).After 6 months of Health Qigong exercise,there was a significant difference in fat content between the two groups.The influence of large-scale fitness Qigong exercise on fat content,percentage of body fat,and lean body mass of the middle-aged and older men was generally greater than that of six-letter exercise(P<0.05).).Conclusions:(1)Six-month Health Qigong Dance and LiuZijue Exercise have a good improvement effect on arteriosclerosis of middle-aged and old-aged men.DaWu-dancing and LiuZijue exercises can reduce blood pressure,improve STI,and reduce PWV and ABI in middle-aged and elderly men.The adjustment of arteriosclerosis can be achieved;the effect of Health Qigong Dance exercise on the index of arteriosclerosis in middle-aged and older people is better than that of Health Qigong LiuZijue exercise.(2)Both Health Qigong Dance and LiuZijue Training can improve the blood lipids of middle-aged and elderly people.DaWu Dance improves blood lipids in middle-aged and elderly people by reducing total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,and increasing high-density lipoprotein cholesterol.The six-word method is mainly to improve blood lipids by increasing the amount of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and lowering the amount of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol.The exercise qigong dance exercise has an effect on the blood lipids of the middle-aged and the old people better than the Health Qigong six-word exercise.(3)Both the Health Qigong Dance and the LiuZijue Training can improve the body composition of the middle-aged and elderly people.The exercise of Qigong and large-scale dance exercise has an effect on the body composition of the middle-aged and elderly people better than that of the Health Qigong LiuZijue Exercise.
