This article based on folk sport which in the YiZhang "night stories" as the research object and use the field research method,while use other research method like literature、 interview method、video analysis、logical analysis and so on.Based on the origin and evolution to analysis YiZhang "night stories" activities searching and analyzing the regional environment the specific content and packed in form of the folk sports phenomenon in the YiZhang "night stories";analyzing and interpreting the basic characteristics、social value of the folk sports phenomenon in the YiZhang "night stories";in the end, according to the inheritance and problem in the process which survey and analysis of the folk sport in the YiZhang "night stories ",in combination with non-material cultural heritage protection theory to bring some countermeasures of the folk sport on the inheritance and development of the YiZhang "night stories".With the the research process to put forward some conclusion:1、In the survey we know that the YiZhang "night stories" has the characteristics of distinct、rich in content、packed in special.Also has seven characteristics in serious religious、 profound cultural background、full-bodied local flavor、wide range of mass base、unique folk、 strong entertaining、strong inheritance; has five content in fairy tales、story of drama、folk tales、modern story、times new story; has three packed in form in up the story、the story of horse、go story. It is the major culture activities in the YiZhang,it is good for develop our culture,and flourishing our traditional culture.2、Yizhang is a good palace to develop the folk sport in the YiZhang "night stories".It is good to inheritance and develop the folk sport in the YiZhang "night stories" with the geographical position、natural conditions、resources and the social and economic.3、The folk sport activities in the YiZhang "night stories" is the night story activities major part, is the basis of the inheritance and develop.In its long process of the inheritance and develop, the folk sport in the "night stories" has changed with the times change,so far there has dragon dance、lion dance、walking on stilts; there has three basic characteristics in folk life、unique integrated、live condition inheritance; also has four social value in education、strengthen、aesthetic、entertainment.
