Mandarin is the common language of HAN nationality. How to improve the quality of mandarin Chinese education has been the topic for the language education workers to explore. For a long time, the language education workers spend a lot of time and effort on mandarin education and promotion, but the effect is not satisfactory. This paper referred to the research results of contemporary linguistics, pedagogy, psychology, combining with the experience of teaching practice by myself and others, and put forward a thesis on Mandarin teaching research in vocational schools from the view of implicit learning theory. The relationship between the characteristics of implicit learning and Mandarin teaching were discussed in this paper, and we tried to establish a new mandarin education concept. From Mandarin teaching status, role and present situation in vocational schools, by the way, industrial technical school in Suzhou industrial park as an example, the questionnaire survey was made to analysis the actual situation of Mandarin teaching and the reasons of problems in vocational schools. From the spoken language sense of procedural, implicit unconscious, migration, inter-language fossilization, the learning motivations were discussed by using the theory of implicit learning effect on mandarin learning. On this basis, from stimulating learning motivation, cultivating learning interest, focusing on experiential learning and perfecting the evaluation mechanism in stages, some suggests on improving teaching method in vocational schools Mandarin were put forward,in order to expect to play a valuable role in Mandarin teaching, and to comprehensively improve the efficiency of Mandarin teaching.
