| Today, as the widely usage and rapid development of mobile media, mobile mediasmake close contact with college students. We-chat, which is open and has diversityfunctions, makes it as a favorite phone software among college students. Because ofthe widely use in college students, We-chat has made the subtle changes to collegestudents such as their outlook, values and so on. From this aspect, ideological andpolitical educators should exchange their minds and realize the advantages of theWe-chat, so that they can use We-chat as a tool to guide college students to choose theright way.Under the background of modern information technology, it has been unable toachieve the value of ideological and political education only relying on thetraditional way. It is a new field of ideological and political education to makeWe-chat and other new medias as the carrier in order to have a more“hidden†influence to the students. This study aim to solve the current problem,combining the characteristics of We-chat and ideological and political education, tomake organic integration and fully use of the We-chat as the carrier.
