Goal:This research aims to provide insight into the cardiorespiratoryendurance levels of women at different physical activity levels andsensltive vascular biomarkers which can prevent angiocardiopathy,to explore a mechanism of preventing angiocardiopathy, so as tofigure out and settle down new strategies to prevent those diseasesmentioned above.Meaning:By conducting deep research into differences ofcardiorespiratory endurance and biomarkers among adult female ofvarious physical activity levels,we aim to find out their features ofvascular living things. Besides, this research is expected to helpwomen of the age from40to59to better their cardiorespiratoryendurance levels, and to develop moderate lifestyles. Objectiveevaluation of vascular function reached by use of vascularbiomarkers will have a positive effect on their health condition, familyhappiness and stable development of society.Method:This research is conducted in the form of questionnaires byprogressively increasing bicycles’ load power to test related indexes, including heart rate and blood pressure and by empty stomach bloodexamination to test their cardiorespiratory endurance and vascularbiomarkers. Result:1. The quiet state, different physical activity participants werecompared between groups, heart rate, systolic pressure, diastolicblood pressure, pulse pressure difference had no obvious difference.Increasing step by step load experiment, the comparison betweendifferent physical activity subjects group have significant differences.Compared with low physical activity groups in physical activity andhigh physical activity group in the termination of the heart rate, endsystolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and terminate pulsepressure difference have significant differences.2. Increasing step by step load experiment, the comparison betweendifferent physical activity subjects group oxygen uptake, relativeoxygen uptake, respiratory quotient, minute ventilation, every pointsof carbon dioxide consumption have significant differences indifferent load.3. Contrast the hs-average CRP, high physical activity and lowphysical activity group compared with significant differences (P <0.05);. Comparing the mean ApoB, physical activity in the groups withlow physical activity compared with significant difference (P <0.05);In the average contrast IL-6, physical activity and low physicalactivity group compared with significant difference (P <0.05); TNFalpha in average, and low physical activity compared to high physicalactivity group has a very significant difference (P <0.01), withstatistical significance.4. Compare lipid four the index average of three groups ofparticipants found that compared with low physical activity group, inphysical activity only TG exist significant difference (P <0.05), otherindexes had no significant difference; Compared with low physicalactivity group, high physical activity group, TG, LDL significant differences (P <0.05), other indexes had no significant difference.5. Physical activity and low density lipoprotein negative correlation atthe0.01level, correlation coefficient is0.278; And the hs-CRPnegative correlation at the0.05level, correlation coefficient is0.199;High physical activity levels of physical activity associated withhigh-density lipoprotein cholesterol (hdl-c) are at the0.05level, thecorrelation coefficient is0.432, was moderately correlated.6. Triglyceride and total cholesterol, low density lipoproteincholesterol (hdl-c) at the0.05level were positively correlated. Andapolipoprotein B at the0.01level were positively correlated; Totalcholesterol and low density lipoprotein, apolipoprotein B at the0.01level were positively correlated, and high-density lipoproteincholesterol (hdl-c) at the0.05level were positively correlated; Lowdensity lipoprotein and apolipoprotein B at the0.01level werepositively correlated; High density lipoprotein and apolipoprotein B,interleukin-6at the0.05level were positively correlated; Tumornecrosis factor and interleukin-6at the0.01level were positivelycorrelated.Conclusion:1.Although physical activity level and the largest cardiopulmonaryendurance index there was no significant correlation, but in theprocess of increasing step by step load test each indicators indifferent physical activity levels have significant differences, thehuman body when load intensity increasing, the body’s adaptabilityand high physical activity group cardiopulmonary endurance index isbetter than that of low physical activity group.2. Lack of physical activity a crowd the concentration of seruminterleukin6below, higher physical activity in the crowd, do not agreewith previous research. Analysis of the causes may be due to low physical activity of blood vessels is not inflammation reaction, notharm the heart function, if still don’t change the way of life, increasedphysical activity can lead to vascular inflammation. At the same time, genetic factors, such as has not been considered in this study.3. Low physical activity and physical activity in the group hs-CRPlevels in the blood mean no difference, low average high physicalactivity group was obviously lower, physical activity in the two groups, suggests that in3000met-minutes of physical activity perweek/week following the crowd of hs-CRP levels in the blood nodifference, therefore, to reach3000met-minutes of physical activityper week/week or more to get effective control of the hs-CRP levelsin the blood.4. Too high or insufficient physical activity will have side effects onApob. Apob in order to effectively control and reduce the Apob risecaused by CVD, need to hold the physical activity level at600-3000met a week-minutes/week.5. To achieve3000met-minutes of physical activity per week/weekto effective number of serum tumor necrosis factor influence.6. Physical activity levels and vascular inflammation factor lineardose effect relationship for large sample to be confirmed by thelong-term follow-up study.
