Research On Innovation Of University Ideological And Political Education In The Internet Age

As the fourth generation of mainstream media following the newspaper, radio, television and other traditional media, network has the far-reaching influence on human society in all aspects of life. With the wide application and comprehensive popularization of Internet technology in Colleges and universities, college students’ ideas, life style and behavior patterns are also affected in different degree. Under the network environment, Ideological and political education is facing new work environment, opportunities and challenges coexist. In the new period, how to make full use of the advantage of network to innovate the Ideological and political education, how to improve the effectiveness and pertinence of Ideological and political education, have become an important topic and a major problem which the current university need to solve.Based on a brief overview of the main features of the network and its development in Colleges and universities, this paper analyses the relations between network and Ideological and political education in University further. And then from three aspects, expounds how to make full use of the network’s guide function to widen the channel of the Ideological and political education. The network is a "double-edged sword", which has both advantages and disadvantages. In this situation, the Ideological and political education also coexists opportunities and challenges.
