A Report On The Current Situation Of Hospital Staff’s Leisure Sports Actiyities In Yanji Downtown Area

With the development of economy and society, people intend to pursue the rich spiritual life and leisure sports activities become popular. According to the method of literature collection, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, etc based on the classification and summary of literature about leisure sports activities at home and abroad, the paper regards the current situation of 600 staff s leisure sports activities in Yanbian university hospital, Yanji city hospital, The second people’ s hospital of Yanbian as the research object.The research turns out that following:Firstly, there are three to four hours for leisure activities every day. People do leisure sports mainly in afternoon and evening and about twice or three times a week, the duration of leisure sports activities is 30 to 60 minutes each time. What’s more, the strength of the leisure sports activities is predominantly slight perspiration. Secondly, The sporting places are profit gymnasium. The preferred activities of staff are jogging and walking, the next ones are body-building and fitness kinds. The staff are satisfied with the atmosphere and safety of sports facilities. The lack of sports fields can’ t satisfy the demand of people’s leisure sports. Thirdly, the purpose of leisure sports participation is physical fitness, improvement of sports ability, entertainment and stress relieve. Fourthly, the factors that affecting the participation of hospital staff s leisure sports activities in Yanji downtown area are mainly limited time, lack of facilities, limited economic conditions and no sports technical guidance.Referring to the factors that affecting the participation of leisure sports activities, the paper offers some suggestions which are available to provide reference for relevant departments. In order to enrich the leisure sports activities, the related departments should know the people’ s voice in time, build up the facilities for sports and organize activities regularly to satisfy the demand of staff, mobilize the enthusiasm of staff and rich personal life taste. Meanwhile, by means of the funding from surrounding colleges, the related departments should raise the staff s awareness of leisure sports activities and improve the quality to achieve the goal of scientific sports.
