Function concept is the central topic of the international mathematical community studies,It is the core of the knowledge of high school mathematics,account for a large proportion of the entire high school mathematics content,Ideas and methods function has important applications in solving mathematical and practical problems.The concept of the learning function is the basis of learning function.The concept paper selected as the research object function,select the function concept form as the perspective of three characterization study,attempts to analyze the concept of cognitive function high school level,discuss the concept of the wrong type of cognitive function,and analyze the causes of errors,further suggestions are given high school curriculum design and teacher education.In this study, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province,the first high school grade one students were tested volume survey,The main research following questions:(1) high school students understand the concept of how the level of function?(2) For the understanding of the concept was the diversity function,most students use a function to determine whether the concept of an object as a function,there are also a number of students according to the function of the concept of representation in the mind.(3) High school students in the lower level of application function concept,the ability to solve with the function concept, function point of view of practical problems is weak.(4) High school students to characterize the level of understanding of different ways of developing the concept of function is not balanced.Characterization of the analytical formula of the best grasp of the function, image representation function, followed by the table function characterizing the lowest level of understanding, as to whether a corresponding relationship between form characterization of functions, variables, the students understand the function of the major blind spots form characterization.(5) High school students understand the concept of a function of the type of error are: inaccurate understanding of the variables; to understand the function of the corresponding rule is not accurate; undue reliance on existing experience and the type of function has been learned; for independent variables and the dependent variable values set misunderstanding; for understanding the function of the image errors.(6) High school students to the concept of function causes misconceptions, subjective factors: the function subject to the subjects understand the concept of knowledge structure; high school students dialectical thinking ability is still in development; function subjects understand the concept of non-intelligence factors constraints.
