The theory of human capital is the earliest founded by the famousAmerican economist Schultz and Becker. For estimating human capital rate ofreturn has been discussed by the scholars, the last century70’s by the Americaneconomist Mincer proposed "Mincer","Mincer" provides a feasible humancapital gains rate estimation method. Ming Searle put forward "Mincerequation" income log as the dependent variable, the number of years ofeducation, work experience, work experience year year square as independentvariables. At present, the domestic research on human capital returns are mainlyconcentrated in therate of return to education, experience yield, sampleselection for the national statistical sample, studies on specific human capitalreturns rare provinces. Rate and rate of return one ducation and experiencegains in gender differences, many domestic scholars only studied the influenceon the rate of return to education of gender, the study found that women’seducation rate of return than men, but because the statistics caliber is not aresult of differences between conclusion; study the gender differences in therate of return is relatively less experience effect the research of foreign scholarspointed out that gender differences also have an impact on the rate of return forour experience, whether there should be an empirical study on the similarsituation. Most research conclusions are obtained based on the ordinary leastsquares regression on In fact, male, female two groups in different income level, gender differences in human capital return rate is very high, and ordinary leastsquares regression method cannot reflect this difference MCMC algorithm,Bayesian quantile regression can better solve these problems based on the.Based on the above analysis, proposed the Bias quantile regression analysis onhuman capital investmentrate of return in Mincer based on gender differences.Based on the Shanxi urban residents survey data, combined with the improvedMincer human capital gains rate formula respectively, ordinary least squaresestimation of quantile regression estimator of regression quantile estimation andBias, and the results were analyzed and compared, to make up for the defect ofprior research. Previous researches indicated that there was a significantdifference according to the gender of the citizens in ShanXi whereas the yieldsrates among the female is apparently higher than those among male concerningto education factors.Urban residents in Shanxi Province experience gain rate there is a largedifference between the two genders, female in Shanxi Province urbanresidents with job tenure increased experience gain rate are higher than those ofthe male residents of cities and towns, only in the0.9quantile men of Shanxiurban residents is much higher than that of female residents. The empiricalreturn rate of female urban residents in Shanxi province decreased with theincrease of income, and the0.5points were stable gradually, and the experiencerate of return fluctuated around0.1fluctuation.. Male urban residentsexperience yields in low income groups for downward trend, with diminishingmarginal increment of work experience accumulation of wage income in0.8quantile rebound, lead to this phenomenon may be attributed to someemployees have access to top management level, change jobs bring mutation ofwage income. The difference of the enterprise property of the urban residents inShanxi province is the band rising trend. Based on gender differences of human capital gains rate of is conducive toimprove gender differences of human capital income rate effects of, to urbanresidents in Shanxi Province as a sample of human capital gains rate analysis ofgender differences, in order to improve the Shanxi area manpower capital gainsrate, narrow the gender income gap provides a reference, in Shanxi’s economictransformation in the process and on the rates of return to human capitalresearch reality of Shanxi economy transformation, to promote the economicdevelopment to provide theoretical support.
