At present, the main way of training normal college students is carried out mainly through microteaching. The video case in Microteaching is an important teaching resource for Teachers’ Training of normal skills. However, while watching the Micro video, the learners need to focus on the voice, tone, attitude, and many other aspects, which they can not all take into consideration. So how to make learners pay sufficient attention to specific skills is the key point for learners to grasp. Meanwhile, it’s essential to have some videos that present standard normal skills or good examples to better normal students’learning. And some representatively non-standard videos or even counter examples deserve learners’ attention and prevention.The main contents of this paper consist of the following four parts:the screening and production of micro-video content, organization and management of micro-video resources, the design and development of platform, and study of platform application strategies. This paper analyzes the pedagogical skill and related research background of micro-video through literature study, and combined with the current research status of normal skills, finds more needs of specific normal skills training. In order to improve the skill level of normal students, on the premise of understanding the students’uses condition of the relevant platform and the micro-videos, the existing hardware and software conditions and the management system development program worth reference are used, and existing information resources are fully made use of and it designs architecture skills Teachers micro video resource platform, and through requirements analysis, functional set design and key technologies to achieve development of the platform.In order to meet the needs of learners for normal skills video resources, platforms that are based on pedagogical skill requirements and important basic theory collect and produce related micro-video resources (Based on the evaluation criteria and notes taken during the teachers’Micro training, editing and processing the existing videos); And in order to allow the learner to find and select the platform video resources more easily, platforms have organized and classified them. Overall, the micro-quality video is divided into libraries and library cases these two major categories, each of which achieves the secondary indicators classification and management according to the relevant evaluation criteria for normal skills.Based on the analysis of micro-teaching status quo, the study of a number of application platform strategies is conducted. This paper mainly starts from the perspective teachers’applications and management applications to analyze. That the platform offers video message function enables teachers and students to communicate and discuss on a video, express their views from a different angle, so that the specific points of normal skills can be fully dissected, highlighted and corrected and perfected. It can also, to some extent, enhance the teachers and students interaction, student-interaction.The platform of micro-video resources for learners’ normal skills training not only provides detailed knowledge of teaching resources on teachers’skill points, but also provides convenience for special skills training to teachers. Platform system is equipped with database maintenance functions, and it can add, delete, and modify videos according to users’ needs.
