So how to make learners pay sufficient attention to specific skills is the key point for learners to grasp. Meanwhile, it’s essential to have some videos that present standard normal skills or good examples to better normal students’learning. And some representatively non-standard videos or even counter examples deserve learners’ attention and prevention.The main contents of this paper consist of the following four parts:the screening and production of micro-video content, organization and management of micro-video resources, the design and development of platform, and study of platform application strategies. This paper analyzes the pedagogical skill and related research background of micro-video through literature study, and combined with the current research status of normal skills, finds more needs of specific normal skills training. In order to improve the skill level of normal students, on the premise of understanding the students’uses condition of the relevant platform and the micro-videos, the existing hardware and software conditions and the management system development program worth reference are used, and existing information resources are fully made use of and it designs architecture skills Teachers micro video resource platform, and through requirements analysis, functional set design and key technologies to achieve development of the platform.In order to meet the needs of learners for normal skills video resources, platforms that are based on pedagogical skill requirements and important basic theory collect and produce related micro-video resources (Based on the evaluation criteria and notes taken during the teachers’Micro training, editing and processing the existing videos); And in order to allow the learner to find and select the platform video resources more easily, platforms have organized and classified them.
