There are many concept, law and principle of abstraction in junior school students’ biology.Most students use mechanical memory to learning biology, this approach does not grasp quickly the essence of biology, resulting in students often forgotten and mix up knowledge points.And it is helpless when they face open questions.In order to help the students to solve the difficulties of biology learning,students should grasp the reflective learning and have the biology of reflective learning ability, complex concept,abstract rules and principles can be constructed into its own knowledge system,leading to deeply understanding of the biological knowledge.Through the practical teaching to train the students’ reflective learning ability, correct students’ learning attitude, correcting students’ wrong learning behavior, find strong skills of reflection, for teachers to use training strategy lay the foundation and puts forward the development direction of research for teachers to do relevant research provide reference.Considered junior middle school students’ biology reflective learning ability as the starting point, referred lots of articles about reflective learning, The research last a whole term from the four aspects of reflective awareness, content, strategies, and habits. It adopts method such as questionnaire,interview,analysis cast method and content analysis method. Finding out situation that if students mastered the reflective learning method well, and made a deep analysis with present problems,then proposing some practical strategies. The research also designed typical teaching cases of developing the students’ reflective learning ability, which will be helpful to discover some efficient strategies.The research make a survey about students’ reflective learning ability of biology among the students from Junior 2 in the school, found that the students’ reflective learning ability is not very good, and there are many problems in their learning process. Based on the analysis, the research proposes some strategies of developing reflective learning ability: 1.Develop self-awareness of reflective learning; 2.Be sure about the content of reflective learning; 3.Master the skills of reflective learning;4.Get into the habit of reflective learning.With these strategies in the practice,there are 5 conclusions in the research: Firstly, through the cultivation of reflective learning strategy,reflective learning ability of students is significantly improved. Secondly,the students have the effective learning behavior, which makes the study of biology more effective. Thirdly,Students get successful experience from the self reflection in the biological learning process.Fourthly,among the proposed four kinds of strategies, the effect of develop habit of reflective learning habits isn’t good and need to be improved.Therefore,this research shows that the cultivation strategies of the biology of reflective learning ability can be operated, helpful in biology teaching, and can be used as references for the biology teachers in their teaching process.
