The teaching behavior research is one of the important content in the study of teachers’ professional development, teachers’ teaching behavior has important influence on the teaching effect. With the deepening of curriculum reform, many factors influence the effect of classroom teaching has been gradually appear, puts forward higher demand on teachers’ classroom teaching, and teachers’ classroom teaching behavior in classroom teaching effect is more apparent. In this paper, on the basis of related literature review, based on the structure of chemistry classroom CPCP model, the 2010 national high school chemistry high quality class competition award-winning video for classroom observation, teaching behavior of plate, chain of teaching behavior and teaching statistics and analysis, summed up on high school chemistry high quality teaching behavior.Through the observation of the award-winning video quality class, statistics and analysis, it is concluded that the important teaching behavior to explain statements, ask questions, report the exchange, the pictures show and hands-on operation. Is given priority to with teachers’ teaching behavior and give priority to with students’ learning behavior in a volume ratio of about 2.4 to 1, its characteristic is a teacher by asking questions, assignments, and guide the behavior to drive students to learn. Important chain of teaching behavior for problem thinking type(type A), AC type(type B), the express way(E) and compound four, compound, main show is AB, AC and AE. Through the teaching correlation analysis of the plates, it is concluded that the basic pattern.Based on the above conclusions, for high school chemistry teachers’ classroom teaching behavior in future for advice, puts forward the corresponding requirements to teachers’ professional development.
