Documents like "The rational medium and long term education reform and development plan(2010-2020)" put higher request to teachers who are going through elementary education reform,then teachers’professional development has become a topic of concern.The mathematics teachers’professional knowledge is the basis of their professional development,so surveying the primary and middle school mathematics curriculum and quality from high viewpoints and studying the knowledge of teaching become the urgent matter.This paper uses literature research,questionnaire survey and panel interviews to study the high viewpoints mathematics knowledge which is based on teachers’professional development.The essay describes the high viewpoints mathematics knowledge’s implications in mathematics concept, mathematics proposition and mathematics problem-solving by specific material or instances.The study makes a conclusion that teachers’high viewpoints mathematics knowledge is generally insufficient by analyzing their status and attitudes.What’s more,the article puts forward effective strategies like reading,asking reflection and peer communication and so on to solve the problem.
