Influenced by the traditional mathematics teaching idea,teachers of mathematics is an important group of teachers,even more because of the college entrance examination,high school mathematics teachers were far more concerned and expected than primary school mathematics teachers.Teachers’ professional development is one of the effective ways to improve the teaching quality,and also is one of the many variables of promoting students’ development.So,effectively promoting the professional development of the high school mathematics teachers needs insighting into the development status and the needs of students from the learners’ perspective.This paper studies the questions are:whether there is the influence of the interaction relationship between professional development of high school mathematics teachers and the development of students,what are indicators of the high school mathematics teachers’ professional development that impact on students’ development,and how to promote students’ growth and improve teachers’ professional development.Around the three questions,the author made a interview to 12 teachers of Yan’an about the relationship between professional development of high school mathematics teachers and the development of students,and designed “The Questionnaire Survey of Indicators of High School Mathematics Teachers’ Professional Development That Impact on the Development of the Students” to 30 teachers of Yan’an;At the same time,classifying main aspects and indicators of high school mathematics teachers’ professional development into four principles and 20 indexes by the AHP method that combining the qualitative and quantitative, and established the evaluation model from the perspective of students’ development,trying to quantify degree of the influence or the size of thecontribution about all aspects and indicators of the teachers’ professional development.Research found that: there did exist a kind of interactive and dialectical relationship between professional development of high school mathematics teachers and the development of students,namely:(1)what the developments of the students need that are the teachers need to enhance themselves;(2)Professional development of high school mathematics teachers is ultimately in order to promote the growth of students individual.By calculating all levels paired comparison matrix of the hierarchical structure,and by using MATLAB software to obtain the total weight of 20 indicators of professional development. According to the results of the model,which can be concluded that: from the perspective of the students’ development, pofessional knowledge is still an important foundation for professional development of high school mathematics teachers,the biggest impact on the professional development,and the influence of the professional skills and professionalism to run behind;In comparison,the teachers’ personal cultivation makes a minimal contribution to their professional development,this shows that our teachers have an error understanding about the effects of personal cultivation on the professional development.We can say the result was to be expected,but it also proved the necessity and urgency of the event of “good teacher” that the President Xi Jinping stressed with the delegation of Beijing Normal University.At the same time,in view of the results of the model,the author puts forward several suggestions to promote students’ development in order to promote the high school mathematics teachers’ professional development,and thus to provide references for those teachers to have priority in adopting effective countermeasures correctly in dealing with the problems of students’ development.
