As a foundational public service facility, public sport facility plays an important role in the sport development of a city. It is the material guarantee for residents to carry out physical programs, take exercise and entertain, it’s an important carrier of the city comprehensive function, the shining spot of the modern city construction, and the important function that a modern city should be equipped with and completed. By this chance, Jinniu District has a reasonable layout, overall planning to the district-wide mass sports work, it has pilot function on enhancing the construction and management of the public sports facilities and promoting the nationwide fitness service system construction.By analysis and research the of layout, supply and operation of the public sports facilities in Jinniu District, expounding the typicality, representativeness, characteristics and background of Jinniu District to build the national fitness model cities(districts), the typical questions reflected in the case, describing the public sports facilities management case, analyzing the supply and demand, layout and running management of the sports facilities in Jinniu District, this thesis is on purpose of providing reference to other areas and the national fitness career.
