Situational teaching is a teaching method in the application of more mature abroad, but also achieved good application results, the situated teaching to stimulate students interest in learning, plays an important role in improving the quality of teaching and learning effect. With the new curriculum implementation, Su Jiao edition "chemical reaction principle" module teaching for outstanding students have higher requirements, in this context the application of situational teaching has a positive significance. In this paper the characteristics on some related theories of situated teaching and Su Jiao edition "chemical reaction principle" module teaching is researched as the theoretical basis, with the literature method, questionnaire survey method, case study method to analysis and research methods of "application status of chemical reaction principle" the situation teaching, expounds the application of elements in "chemical reaction principle" in the context of situational teaching and creation process, in order to " thermal effects in chemical reactions ", "original battery reaction principle", "salt hydrolysis" the three part of the teaching content of the situational teaching design. Finally how to better in the "chemical reaction principle" module teaching the application of situational teaching and puts forward relevant suggestions. This paper studied the reform of "chemical reaction principle" module teaching mode from the angle of how to better the creation of context, for the application of situational teaching in "chemical reaction principle of better and promote a certain positive significance to promote the reform of high school chemistry teaching.
