| In the past women’s volleyball world championship in 2014, Chinese women’s volleyball finished second. In the matches, the team was lost to Brazil, Italy and America and other strong teams in the world. Especially, in the match the Chinese team bitter defeat at the hands of Brazil and enter the final relying on the hard fighting with the Italy team. So, Learning the technique and tactics of the women’s volleyball in the world and finding out the gap have very important significance for the training and matches of the Chinese women’s volleyball.In this paper, we analyze the technique and tactics of the first six places in the women’s volleyball world championship in 2014 using the documents, video observation and statistics. The analyses main include arranging line up, the serve, technique and tactics of defense and offense. Through the analyses, we obtain the conclusion in the following:(1) We first analyze the arranging line up in the form of the line up and the physical condition of the players. In the results, the world high level women’s volleyball matches most use one round “five one” line up and five round “four one one” line up. In the study of the physical condition, the most obvious difference is that Brazil team, the Russian team and America team are older, and the heights of them do not stand out, but they are all strong. The Chinese women’s volleyball and the Dominica are younger and have the higher heights. And so the height in front of the net has a couple of advantage. But they are weaker than the Brazil team, the Russian team and America team in the physical strength.(2) The study of the serve includes the form, the droppoint and the effect of the serve. Mostly, the teams are mainly in the form of the jump floating serves. The form of smashing jump serve is usually used in the Dominica team and Italian team, but is not used in the Chinese team. The droppoint can make full use of the width of the stadium and often be sent to demi-court gauche or demicourt droit. The droppoint of the Chinese team is relatively conservative and has less aggressivity.(3) The technique and tactics of defense is based on the lineup, the form and the effect. We find that all other teams widely use the lineup with “two offenses +free man” for meeting the serves, except the Chinese team. In the form of meeting the serves, they are mainly about positive hands the ball pad, padding ball side hands, letting padding and low posture the ball pad. In the effect of meeting the serves, the error rate of the Chinese team is high, and the arrival rate does not appear to be much different from the America team and the Brazil team. The attack reception formation usually adopts the formation of “remove outside” and “double blocking” with four players. The spike techniques have more formations, the positive hands the ball pad, padding ball side hands and low posture the ball pad have the higher amounts. In the attack reception effect, the effective rate of the Brazil team and Italian team is obviously higher than that of the Chinese team. The formations of retrieving rebound balls for tactics aggression mostly use the formation with two players, but for disciplined attack and back row attack, they adopt the formation with three players. The form of the retrieving rebound balls is mainly the low posture the ball pad. In the effect of the retrieving rebound balls, the Brazil team is better than other teams. And the Chinese team is behind the Brazil team and America team. The scoring average at block has little gap in those teams. The effective rates of the Brazil team, Italian team and the Dominica team are much higher than that of the Chinese team.(4) The technique and tactics of offense are divided into the formation, the attacking play and the effect of offense. The teams mostly use the forms of “center two three” and “center three two” in our results. The quick attacks are accounting for the main location in the first attacks and the power attacks are accounting for the main location in the counter attack. The back row attack in the location of the attacks in Chinese team is few than that in others. The gap of the attack in Chinese team is the difference of the power attack.Through the results of this paper, we offer some advises for Chinese women’s volleyball:(1) Reinforce the training for the strength of the team, close the gap in strength with the Euro-American and strong brigade.(2) Note the change in the droppoint of the serves; enhance the aggressivity of the serves.(3) Improve the capacity of meeting the serves, retrieving spikes, retrieving rebound balls and the block.(4) Enhance the ability of the back row attack, and form the more harmonious offensive with omni-directionally, the three-dimensional system. Increase the ability and the various changes in the attack. |
