The Research Of The Religious Warming Impact On College Students’ Socialist Core Values Education

Religion, as a social and cultural phenomenon, of which emergence and development has profound social and historical roots and of which social function presents with the duality characteristic which is the positive side and negative side. But essentially speaking, it is illusory reflection of social existence, and belongs to the theological idealism worldview. Socialist core values have the scientific connotation, which is the mainstream ideology of nowadays Chinese society, since that strengthen the socialist core values of education is of great significance. However, with the reform and opening policy and the establishment of market economic system, ideological and cultural pluralism has become an inevitable phenomenon, under this kind of circumstances, religious warming situation has a certain negative impact on the contemporary college students to promote the socialist core values and establish Marx Marxist scientific beliefs. Although both the religious belief and socialist core values are the same social ideology, there still some differences in nature. The former belongs to the theological idealist world outlook, while the latter belongs to the atheistic materialist worldview; The former places the future and destiny of mankind on the supernatural and super-human mysterious strength, the latter prefer to resort to their own practice; The former is an illusory blind faith, the latter is a real scientific belief; dominant negative effect of the former is conservative, while the latter is the real social progress ideology. Religion has a double impact on the socialist core values of education, on the one hand, we can learn from the reasonable factors of the content and dissemination of religious culture; on the other hand, religion has caused some ideological confusion and produced a certain amount of interference to the socialist core values of higher education.
