Study On The Impact And Countermeasures Of College Network Public Opinion On College Students’ Ideological And Political Education

With the fierce development of the new medias, the internet is not only changing the thinking mode and life style of our human beings deeply, but also impacting our political life and social stability, to a great extent. Netizens can publish their opinions and attitude on the free, open and democratic internet. Because of its convenient transmission, the internet propagates those opinions and attitudes to every media we can touch which triggers an extensive discussing in the society. That is the network public opinions. College students are the majority of the netizens. They prefer to discuss the hot problems of their campus and the society on line, and finally generate some specific college network public opinions under the guiding of opinion leaders. However, in our country, with less legal supervision and moral limitation to the college network opinions, some students who are lacking of self-control on the net publish some irrational opinions which violate privacy, spread rumors, rebel society, go to extremes, blindly follow public tendency and say something recklessly. It will influence the improvement of students’ ideological and political quality and also bring new commands and big challenges to the university officers who work for ideological and political propagation.My essay will discuss from four parts. The first part is the definition of the public views, the internet public views and the college network public opinions. It also analyses the features and functions of the college network public opinions and depicts how it develops.The second part mainly shows the current situation and problems of the college network public opinions.The third part mainly researches the positive and negative influences of the college network public opinions on the guiding of students’ Ideological and Political Education. It emphasizes that we should pay high attention to the guidance place of the college network public opinions.The last but not the least, considering connecting the guidance of the college network public opinions and the Ideological and Political Education, I put forward several strategies which can fully generate a positive effect of the college network public opinions on the Ideological and Political Education, which are based on the actual work of Ideological and Political Education of college.
