With the development of society, economy and culture open high-speed operating, modern women gradually come out of the life with the small circle of fuel and go into the workplace. By virtue of their outstanding work performance and excellent work ability, they gradually involved in the enterprise top management team. In recent years, take the world’s top five hundred enterprises as an example, the proportion of female executives increased year by year, and the importance of women in the workplace increased. From this point of view, the impact of female participation on the corporate performance of the executive team is studied.From theoretical analysis, the effectiveness and risk preferences of female executives were analyzed from the perspective of organizational behavior theory. The management of female executives with personalized charm can play an important role in the enterprise. Female executives in the face of possible loss under the condition of more sensitive and cautious. From the upper echelon theory, the relationship between the characteristics of the top management team and the enterprise performance is analyzed. Several methods at present level of performance evaluation of enterprise performance evaluation are studied, and select the key performance index evaluation method to evaluate enterprise performance. Analysis of the women involved in may have a positive impact on corporate performance in the top management team with other theories was made.Based on this, the empirical analysis is carried out. This paper studies the initial sample for all listing Corporation in Shanghai in 2013, excluding ST, *ST, the suspension of the listing, delisting of the situation and data missing companies,and a total of 987 observations were studied. Through factor analysis, the key indicators of enterprise performance are summarized and scored. The women participation of corporate executives team, female executives of tenure, age, education level, pay level, holding situation and enterprise performance score were studied by multiple regression analysis. The relationship between the explanatory variables and the explanatory variables is obtained. Female participation in the executive team and corporate performance is positively related. Female executive time and corporate performance are positively related. The education level of female executives is not significantly related to corporate performance. Female executive pay level is positively related to corporate performance. The relationship between female stock ownership and corporate performance is not significant. Through the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, the suggestions on the construction of top management team, incentive mode and enterprise performance evaluation are put forward.
