As the higher education system has turned universities from institutions for the elite to ones for the masses, the civil-run college has risen sharply and the number of college graduate continue to rise every year in China. Millions of fresh graduates pour into the job market. Therefore, the issue of grim employment have been a hot discussion among society. As a civil-run college of the last batch of undergraduate course university, there are some graduates, whose ideological consciousness is low, would like to improve themselves rapidly by the back door in order to enjoy edges during the competition with other students. And Employment’s Honesty is one of the severest problems. As the saying goes “Honesty is the core of realm”. University graduates is precious human resources in our country. At the same time, their honesty have something to do with the stability and development of socialist modernization construction. What’s more, it also play a significant role in reality and a long-term period. Therefore, the final foothold of this issue is how to educate and guide.With the purpose of learning about the employment honesty of civil-run college graduate in depth, the author distributed questionnaires to 660 graduates in 2010 to 2014 from 3 high-profile school in Guangdong. Furthermore, the writer have carried out a comprehensive research on the phenomena of the four dimension-graduates’ concept, evaluation, education of integrity and attitude toward honesty-using,through literature and analysis method as well as depth interview method of choose and employ persons and part of graduates.Overall,(1)More than 99% graduates hold the view that integrity is importal. the contemporary employment honesty condition among Guangdong civil-run college graduate is relatively good.(2)The correlations are positive that between personal integrity concept and evaluation, education; and honesty self-evaluation is correlate to evaluation and education observably.(3)Honesty-evaluation is the most influential factor of the personal integrity.(4)The factors affecting graduates’ integrity includes the bad social credit atmosphere,bureaucracy,imperfect social credit mechanism, thoughts of gaining benefit,the increasing pressure of employment.Also,they are influenced by unscientific way of recruitment,moral education not being in place,weak school binding,frequent academic misconduct phenomena,home education paying less attention,community culture, weak responsibility for good faith consciousness and so on.Therefore, to constrain university students’ dishonest behavior fundamentally also that require the society create an atmosphere of high integrity together. As for the government, they should be the first mover setting a trustworthy example and move forward to standardize credit legal system and unit recruitment system. Schools ought to strengthen the integrity education,burden the channels of employment and focus on improving students’ comprehensive quality. Education administration workers can be inspired to enhance the educational management level through this research,promote the sustainable the sound development of the college moral education. At the same time,it is time for them to work together to invent options for strengthening the construction of social honesty,promoting optimization of the public management and building a harmonious society.
