As the name suggests, Hei Che refers to the taxi that has no operation qualification but acting in operation, simply, Hei Che refers to an unlicensed taxi, as known as a “black taxi”. In today’s China, Hei Che also has formed a large group, which is impossible to ignore. Although said that under the current laws and regulations, Hei Che should be strict punished, at presentany city can’t completely put an end to the existence of the black car. However, when Hei Che provides citizens with travel demand and the drivers of Hei Che strive for the survival in the margins of society, they have also been stigmatized. This article is to explore the construction and solidification of stigmatized of the drivers of Hei Che, and for this they have to stigmatized resistance. On the basis of stigmatized theory of Goffman and Link and phelan, we find that the nature of the "illegal" defined by government is the origin of the black car stigmatized, and the mass media in the solidification process of stigmatized has played a vital role. For this, the drivers of Hei Che also has carried on the defense, and struggle of institutionalization in the organization form of collectivization for the existing taxi management system. Finally, the paper points out that discussion for black car stigmatized still should return to system level. That a group stigmatized caused by the existence of an unreasonable system, you should reflect on the rationality of the system and to reform at the beginning.
