Plane vector is a basic content in the high school math. It is a tool as the main content of the college entrance examination combining algebra, geometry, and trigonometry. Under the new concept, to transform the mode of teaching and learning, the teacher should make the students as the main body of the classroom, giving the classroom back to students, and actively guide the students to learn independently, researching and cooperating. The teacher should also combine the study to arouse the student’s enthusiasm and subjective initiative, guiding the students to participate in the classroom. But in reality, under the baton of college entrance examination, in pursuit of the university entrance exam, in pursuit of teaching process, some teachers keep the traditional classroom model, carrying on the "cramming" teaching. The teacher speaks a lot in teaching Plane vector while the students only listen. Sometimes the teacher even directly inform the students of the conclusion, theorem in order to save time, avoiding trouble so that the students have no experience to the development of knowledge, Some students are even ignored because they can not have the chance to express their ideas and communicate with each other. In the teaching of plane vector, the "said math" activities is performed to fully embody the teacher as the leading and the students as the main body of the teaching idea, which can let the students learning by hand and communicating. It can also let the students understand the purpose of knowledge by speaking to adapt to the concepts. In the class the teacher should give the students enough time to realize the communication between teachers and students or students and students. It lets the students think deeply and give the students the opportunity to show individual character so as to stimulate learning interest in mathematics, foster unity and cooperation, mutual competition consciousness, thus improving the mathematical thinking, achieving the goal of improving the math scores.The main body of this article is divided into five parts:The first part: Putting forward of the problem. It points out the purpose of this thesis. The new curriculum concept requires the students to be the main body of learning. "you want me to learn" should be changed to "I want to learn". The activity can let the promote the interaction and communication between students and teachers, giving the students the stage to show, making the students learning initiative and practitioners. Through the experience of knowledge generation, they can put the knowledge into their own, thus improving the mathematics performance and mathematics quality.The second part: Discussion about carrying out the plane vector teaching activities theoretically on the basis of "speaking mathematics". It includes describing "speaking math" activities, how to carry out the activities in classroom teaching, and the value and realistic significance of the activities to improve their performance. discusses requirements of the curriculum standard and the teaching the plane vector in the university entrance exam. Aiming at the main problems of the traditional teaching of plane vector teaching at the present stage, this paper expounds the necessity and realistic significance of "speaking math" activities in teaching plane vector.The third part: The practice research of carrying out the activities of "speaking mathematics" in the teaching of plane vector. A lot of content can be carried out in classroom teaching Plane vector through "speaking mathematics", so the author combine with the usual teaching practice to write the practices in the chapters and put forward the principle of "speaking mathematics" and the problems that should be paid attention. The author also writes teaching design case and analysis of "speaking mathematics” in "the number of plane vector product" teachingThe fourth part: The teaching experimental research of "speaking mathematics" on the plane vector. Through the investigation on the teaching of "speaking math" on the plane vector, the author tries to inspect the effectiveness.The fifth part: Summary of the "speaking math" activities in classroom teaching on the plane vector. It puts forward the matters needing attention, and puts forward the prospect of activity of "speaking mathematics". After a period of teaching practice, in the teaching process of "speaking mathematics" problems, the following aspects should be paid attention to: 1. Pay attention to the students’ individual differences,(2) pay attention to the effective degree of "speaking mathematics",(3) focus on classroom "open" degree, 4. Pay attention to process evaluation, creating the teaching atmosphere of "speaking mathematics". Through theoretical analysis and investigation, the following conclusions are drawn:1.The "speaking math" activities of teaching vector can help the students deepen their vector concept, formulas, theorems and properties. 2. The "speaking math" activities in vector teaching can help develop students’ language expression ability and thinking ability of ascension. 3. The "speaking math" activities in vector teaching is helpful to determine the student’s main body status. 4. The "speaking math" activities in vector teaching can cultivate the students’ cooperation spirit and innovative spirit.
