The Research And Study Of Current Development Condition For The Young’s Outdoor Sports Camp In Hubei Province

Teenager outdoor development camping ground is the important material guarantee for teenagers to carry out the outdoor development activities, the construction level of the facilities at camping ground and the related "soft" conditions level decide the quality of the carrying out of teenager outdoor sports activities, and they are related with personal safety of teenagers when outdoor development activity is carried out. Wuhan is the modernized city with the vastest back land in China, it has wide coverage of urban functions and it is one key educational place in central and southern area of China. For a better development of outdoor sports activities for teenagers and for meeting the increasingly diversified teenager sports requirements, this study selects several outdoor camping grounds around Wuhan city of Hubei province for survey according to the owned financial ability, property ability and time conditions, attempting to carry out study on the current development situation of the teenager outdoor development camping grounds of Wuhan city, expecting to offer advice and suggestions for better and faster development of the teenager outdoor sports in Hubei province in future.This study consists of five parts. Part one is foreword. The study objective, significance, study object and study method are discussed in the foreword part, and the comprehensive statement for the domestic and foreign literary documents relating to teenager outdoor development is made in the part; Part two is the survey on the teenager outdoor development camping grounds around Wuhan city of Hubei province. Six outdoor development camping grounds around Wuhan city are selected for half-year (two times) period of survey, which carries out survey on the infrastructure construction, current operation situation, camping ground activities and items, the professional quality of the staff at the camping grounds together with the social satisfaction degree are surveyed. Part three is the analysis on the existing problem. The analysis and discussion on the factors limiting the development of camping grounds around Wuhan city of Hubei province are carried out. Part four is countermeasure and advice. The corresponding countermeasures and advice are given for the problems found in the survey and the corresponding advice and suggestions are put forward. Part five is conclusion.The conclusion of the study is given as follows:outdoor development activity camping ground is the material basis for carrying out outdoor development activities, if having no the outdoor development camping ground with complete equipment and the trainers and managers with rich professional cultivation, not only will the quality of the outdoor development activities in which the teenagers participated be difficult to be guaranteed, but the hidden danger with a certain degree will occur. So, the good or bad development of outdoor development camping grounds is directly related to the development potential of outdoor activity development. It is found in this study that the construction of an outdoor development camping ground consists of 1) the construction of hardware facilities,2) the construction of software facilities. Of which the construction o hardware facilities covers:the construction of regional space, infrastructure and the related supporting facilities; The construction of software facilities includes:1) the professional quality of the staff working with the camping ground (age, sex, educational level, qualification and major); 2) the way of capital source; 3) spread of camping ground; 4) the activity item and innovation of the camping ground. The development ways of the outdoor development camping ground around Wuhan city are not the same and having no stable "law". In general, when the money is enough, the infrastructure construction of the camping grounds should be regarded as the "breakthrough point", and when the money is insufficient, the software infrastructure construction of the camping grounds should be regarded as the "breakthrough point", but the fund operation and steady income and expenditure decide the carrying out of various constructions, in general, the outdoor development camping grounds around Wuhan city are all faced with serious fiscal problem.In order to make the teenager and children of China enjoy the same growth treatment as the foreign teenagers and children, the government, school and outdoor development camping grounds should make co-efforts to construct co-win and mutual benefit cooperative mode and regard the educational significance, educational fairness as one of the basic principles which should be followed by the outdoor development camping grounds of China. "Education" is the signboard of the camping ground, "profit" is the aim of the camping ground, the coordination of the two must rely on the interference of government and school. So, in term of how to develop the teenager outdoor camping grounds around Wuhan city in future, it is a problem to be considered by the high and primary schools and the educational departments in Wuhan city.
