| 2014 the Eighth Paralympic Games and the fourth Special Olympics was held in Xingtai City, Hebei Province, showing the blind football player’s outstanding demeanour, and the paper used this sporting meeting as a case study of the blind football training process, living conditions and development status. The writer adopted the method of interviews, questionnaires and document analysis, etc. to research on current situation of the blind football in Hebei Province and reached a conclusion: the unfavorable factors restricting the development of the blind football in our province are:1.System of sports and education in Hebei Province limit and affect the popularity of football, the participation of the blind football player is affected by social development needs, individual value orientation change.2.Relevant government departments pay less attention to the blind football game, the degree of professional identity is lower, the lack of development investment, insufficient of reserve personnel and training;3.investment and attention are quite different in each city, with a strong geographical features;4.The way and concept of training blind athlete in Hebei Province is relatively backward, the lack of capacity in athletes’ re-employment, and the management talents and occupation is not adequate;5.Blind person futsal can not attract soccer fans, compared with the super league, domestic and foreign first class high-level league tournament;6.Blind person futsal also lacks sufficient influence, and a stable unified league system;7.Not closing with the market economy caused the blind football lack of accuracy guidance, for example, no companies willing to sponsor free, no media gimmick to hype, no strength to make a professional promotion.And in terms of the above problems, a few suggestions are put forward:1.Active governmental support and publicity, providing a harmonious atmosphere for the blind football.2.Endeavour to procure more government funding and supports, coordinate the regional development of the blind football, to make more exchange topics become the exploration of the blind football.3.To improve the system, update the concepts, deepen reform, and comprehensively promote the blind football popularity to provincial wide.4.Learn the advanced experience home and abroad, strengthen exchanges and innovate ideas and methods to optimize training.5.To establish and improve the blind football team training system.6.Improve the management system, enhance the professional identity, and position the progress and development of the blind football reasonably.7.Promote sustainable development and progress of the blind football through a variety of approaches, and the channels include online marketing and promotion, and other mechanisms to improve the league systems. |
