A Comparative Study Of Chinese And Spanish Football Coach Training Systems

Spain is a developed country of football coaches,and its UEFA A-level and professional-level coaches rank first in Europe.This article aims to grasp the characteristics and advantages of the Spanish football coach training system through a comparative study of the Chinese and Western football coach training systems,in order to provide a reference for the continuous improvement and development of China’s football coach training system.This article uses the literature data method,field investigation method,comparative analysis method and expert interview method,taking the training system of football coaches of China and Spain as the research object,the development process,management system and ranking system of the training of football coaches of the two countries Compare with the four aspects of the teaching system.The main conclusions drawn are as follows:(1)In the comparison of the development process,the training of Spanish football coaches has the characteristics of early start and long development history.In terms of the number of coaches,Spain has an advantage in the number of middle and senior coaches and the density of coaches.Spain also has a sound legal system for coach training.(2)In the comparison of management systems,Spain belongs to the cooperation between the government and the private sector.The government mainly plays the role of macro management and supervision.The Football Association and the coaching school have strong autonomy.The management system is socialized,legalized and professional.Features.China’s Football Association is entirely responsible for the leadership and hosting of football coach training in China.The local association’s lack of autonomy is not conducive to the innovation of football coach training.(3)Regarding the comparison of hierarchical systems,Spain puts forward academic requirements for coach registration,while China attaches more importance to trainee ’s youth work experience,sports experience and coaching experience;the combination of Spanish coach training and academic education,After the training is passed,you can directly enter the university for academic education.(4)In the comparison of the teaching system,the teaching time of Spanish football coach training is relatively long,and the teaching content pays more attention to the professors of basic knowledge of sports disciplines.The teaching time in China is relatively short,and the teaching content focuses on improving the practical ability of the coaches.
