In the field of the education, cultivation of students’ scientific literacy increasing country’s attention. and the scientific concepts is the foundation for the cultivating students’ scientific literacy. However, because of the experience in daily life,the students usually through the sensory and subjective imagination form lots of empirical knowledge, we called the empirical knowledge of misconception. Although the misconception not conducive to student learning of the concept of the existence of the concept, it’s also the basis of the scientific concepts. The study,which focuses on the grade eight students, selected thesis statements,interview outline and interview mapping as research tool, search the misconception of “the circulation of the blood system” by the means of interview,then according to the misconceptions search the reason of the misconceptions which will provide the reference of teachers’ teaching.This paper is divided into four parts to Interprete the junior high school students‘ misconception of biologyThe first part is the introduction, the main research background, research questions of this research, the research significance, research methods are introduced.In this paper,the second part is the research of this paper introduced the definition of the concept of the key words, the former scientific concept of the similar concepts, and expounds the related theory of this research.The third part is the practice research, whose contents involve in the determination of research contents and the research object, summarizing the misconception of the blood circulation system, analyzing the causes of misconception made by students, designing teaching case of concept changing and analyzing the results of the questionnaire survey and academic records.The fourth part is the insufficient and prospect of this study.The research has shown that junior middle school students in the circulation of the blood system of blood vessels, blood, heart, blood circulation in their way to former scientific concept, and at the same time because the abstractness of the blood circulation,thus of the circulation of the blood system before the knowledge system in the most scientific concept.
