With the deepening of the new basic curriculum reform,the change of teaching idea has become a compulsory course for teachers. The understanding of mathematical concepts is the ladder of students to learn mathematics, it is also the priority of teaching.There are many concepts with rich connotation in high school geometry,which are very difficult for students to understand and become a hard nut to crack in teaching.Teachers mostly adopt direct definition under the influence of traditional idea,and then selectively prove it,it is not consistent with the new standard which advocates to understand concepts by students themselves.Therefore,finding a suitable method is particularly important to guide the teaching of the concept of solid geometry.This paper principally adopts the combination of literature review and questionnaire survey methods,and chooses a school grade one and grade two as the object of study.Investigating “Learning situation about solid geometry in senior high school students” through questionnaires.The main research contents include:(1) students ’understanding of the concepts of solid geometry after theimplementation of new curriculum reform;(2)the realistic situation of teachers in the teaching of solid geometry after the new curriculum reform;(3) perform causal analysis of research results. Research conclusions: Students’ understanding of the concept of solid geometry exists understanding shallow,and can not grasp the essence,and can not connect with the relevant concepts,which reflects to the APOS with students basically reaching the “activities”,“process” level,and basically did not achieve the “object”,“graphic” level.It also reflects the problems of teachers in teaching,the first is not aware of the situation of students,the second is lack of theoretical guidance.Based on the results of questionnaire survey,first of all,it provides enlightenment for the APOS theory to guide the teaching of the concept of solid geometry in senior high school.Then, this paper discusses the connotation of the teaching of the concept of solid geometry under the guidance of APOS,and puts forward the basic principles of teaching design and the main points of each stage teaching design.Finally, to demonstrate the teaching design ideas and methods of the solid geometry concept under the APOS theory through two specific teaching design cases.Hopefully,thispaper can provide some reference and help for the educators.
