Study Of The Problem Of College Students’ Ideal Faith Under The Background Of The Chinese Dream

Ideal and belief education is an important part and one of the important goals of college students’ ideological and political education. The proposal of the Chinese Dream indicates a new direction for college students’ ideal and belief education, demands a high level, injects new vitality, and definitizes college students’ struggling goal. As the constructors of national future, college students are the important power to realize the Chinese Dream implying bringing out a great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The situation of their ideal and belief is not only closely related to the development and improvement of themselves, but also to the realization of the Chinese Dream and the development of national future. The Chinese Dream requires students to establish the lofty ideals and firm conviction, and reserve energy to realize personal ideal as well as the Chinese Dream. Most college students’ ideal are good, however, there exist some worrying problem needing us to study and analyze deeply, and find out countermeasures. Therefore, studying the problem of college students’ ideal and belief under the background of the Chinese Dream has significant theoretical and practical meaning for enriching youths’ ideal and belief education theories, leading college students to build scientific and lofty ideals and beliefs, and stoutening Marxism belief.Based on the research data of related scholars and a large number of references, this paper explores the current situation, problems and factors of college students’ ideal and belief, and put forward educational countermeasures. The mainstream of current college students’ ideal and belief is positive, but part of college students have problems including losing ideals and beliefs, fading Marxism belief, utilizing value orientation, unbalancing personal ideals and social ideals. Meanwhile these students’ ideal and belief are waver and shaky, and their value orientation is diversified. These conditions bring challenges to ideological and political educational workers. The reasons why college students’ ideal and belief have problem mainly include the influence of social transformation, the impact of network information technology, the effect of unhealthy social currents, the imperfection of colleges’ ideological and political education system, the faultiness of ideal and belief teaching method, the influence of familial educational environment, college students’ personal factors and so on. Combining the current situation and factors of contemporary college students’ ideal and belief, from society, colleges, family and college students perspectives, the paper integrates the Chinese Dream into the whole process of college students’ ideal and belief education and explores the corresponding educational countermeasures under the guidance of the Chinese Dream.The author believes that through the common endeavor from society, school, family and college students’ self-education, college students must break through the dilemma where they lose and puzzle over ideal and belief, and eventually establish lofty ideal and firm belief.
