According to Bourdieu’s field theory, Society can be regarded as independent, with its own logic and rules.These fields not only contain implicit cultural awareness, values, attitudes and other concepts of things, but also can reflect the behavior of these concepts, events and activities. Habitus is one of the most important trump card, which influent the values of the field domain actors, attitude and behavior, plays a control and influence the role. Habitus is actor’s survival mentality of life experience, belong to the body of cultural capital. This kind of cultural capital can be expressed by actor”s behavior, attitude and value orientation. It also can be expressed by actor’s behavior ability, organizational ability and strategy ability.This study based on the field theory of Bourdieu, take Lei Feng middle school as a case and take school as the existence of a "cultural field". This study combine the individual interview with group interviews, and take relative quantitative research method and literature method on the construction of school culture. It was found that existing habitus of case school can influent the school cultural construction of material, institution and spirits, and positive effects and negative effects are both exists. Under the effect of the existing habitus, school cultural construction has preliminary formed. But the original old habit has not been broken, The current cultural construction of the school is only on the surface.According to the Pierre Bourdieu’s theory of "field" and the relations between the habitus and capital, this study analyzes the habitus of the case which influent the school cultural construction. The study finds that there is a mismatch between teachers’ and students’ cultural capital allocation in the case school. The main body of the school- the teachers and students ignore the construction of the school culture. This indifference deepen old habitus and hinder the forming of new habitus.Therefore, in the school "cultural field", in order to achieve the school cultural construction, its way mainly include two methods:(1)the main obstacles are inside habitus of school. School can rebuild the cultural field in each stakeholder habitus, and establish the common values and psychological identity;(2)One of the important factors for the successful construction of school culture are external habitus.School should seek the approval of the society, family and higher administrative departments supports to achieve school cultural construction.
